as for triple test, i was offered mine yesterday, (at 14 weeks) but refused it.
was never offered a nuchal scan or the combined test.
can't wait til i start feeling my LO moving! is it bout 16 weeks on average for fiirst time moms?

if its your first yu may not feel anything up till 20 weeks!
when you relax and are sat down or in the bath, is the best time to feel them!
it can either feel like lil butterflys touching you inside or it can feel like gas bubbles, but very soft and gentle

Dont worry hun, you've got at least another month before you need to even think about being concerned.

Thanks firegal, I know its different for everyone and i sud be happy as i havent really suffered iv had no sickness what so ever had the sore boobs at begining but everything apart from the headaches has gone i dont feel or look pregnant thats what worrys me! i know this is a horrid question but if the baby dies inside do you still grow with all the pregnancy symptons or does that all stop?? sorry i know thats not a nice thing to think about

hun trust me if something had happened (which it hasnt!) then you will know, I had these exact fears myself, and half expected to go my antenatel yesterday to be told nothing there!
Whats your m/w like? could you call her and ask for reassurance? my m/w has said anytime I freak just give the centre a ring and Im allowed to pop up, can you do that?

I think that generally you get bleeding, cramps, that sort of thing. I think it's very rare that a baby dies and the mother isn't aware.

I know what you mean, feeling the movement is massively reassuring. I've only felt it definitely once and maybe a few other times (I'm just not 100% sure as this is all new so I'm not completely certain how it should feel!) and I'm starting to get quite anxious. As we've got the higher risk of abnormalities but still have a month to wait until our next scan, I would find it so comforting to feel some really strong movements. I'm starting to have to fight really hard to keep the positive mental attitude going as it feels so long between appointments and some proper kicks would mean the world!

And as for not looking pregnant - I was at my preg yoga class last night and there was a new girl there who's 17 weeks. She didn't look even vaguely pregnant!!! I'm sure she is and everything's fine, but she still had a washboard stomach! So it just shows you how different everyone is
