septembryos baby area (09 babies)

i can't be arsed to exercise either. I do take the mutt for there 4 mile walk every day but as far as toning up goes..phhhh!

Anyone else feel like a walking zombie...?

can't get the pics to upload for some reason...and i can't get the hang of this bloody breastfeeding thing...got gallons of milk n experssing beautifully and he takes it from the bottle like a dream...but latching on is a nightmare at the min...will have to persist i suppose lol

on the zombie note...tbh i feel alrite handling the broken sleep sooo well i think as i LOVE my sleep and used to sleep dead before i got preg but now im super light....its weird!?

I do totally feel like a zombie! The time is just passing so fast in a zombie haze!

I think all the broken sleep before they arrive prepares you, seems easier to attach a small person to me than try and manoeuvre my hugeness...

Ahh - my little minx pretends she is only going to take the tip of the nipple sometimes, especially when I am all full and she knows she can just knock a drop in thatway, it's getting them to open their chops wide.
There may be different positions your lil man likes...I tend to do the across body one but sort of offer her it like she is lying down then scoop her round and sit up once she is latched but a friend of mine had twins and so she held em like little rugby balls under her arms :D

Morning ladies :D
Hope u are well :flower:
Jack had his 1st night in his cot last night, and did quite well IMO...
Tucked up, awake, at 8pm settled himself. Then bottles at 12, 3 & 6. so every 3hrs, but settled himself back to sleep after.
Oh and Rach...Im also sooo not ready for him to be in his own room, his big boy cot is in my room :D

As for being a walking zombie... Im not soo bad I guess, I do start to flag around 6pm but then its wind down time anyway so its coolio

Hey Marg!! So glad you are Jack are doing well :flower:

I'm with you on the zombie thing. Been up since 4am with Joe but OH has just got back from work so will take over so I can have a little break.

Do they weigh you at the 6-8 week check?? Eeeekkkkk!!!!!!!! :dohh: I'm still a stone and a half heavier so will have to start to do something about that before my appointment lol!!!

Joe also has really dry skin and we're bathing him only twice a week and using olive oil. He has dry flaky skin on his face and I wasn't sure whether to use anything on that either...

Can't believe Joe will be 1 month old in 2 days - wow!! Time is flying by x

I found our new home!

I've waited 15 weeks for this you know, what time do u call this? Hahaha!

Zombied? Oh yes! This munchkin gets fed at 11, then about 3, then about 7. Which is normally fine but she kicked off at 1.30am last night.

Aleeeeeexxxxxx! Whats the need lady!

I was saying on fb, i must still have the smallest bambino- shes only 7lb 10oz!

And technically shes older than the others..... Pmsl

Thanx Vicks :hugs:
Im bout 1.5-2stone heavier than Id like to be!! Only trouble is...I like my food too much and have the will power of a spoon!! I have a few days of doin really well, then I fall off the wagon and ruin all my hard work!!
I joined weight watchers last year and lost 2stone in 2months!! so i am considering going back...

Any1 elses houses like bombsites??? Mine is a total sh!thole!!! And I jus cba to do anything about it!!It takes me all my efforts to wash n sterilise Jacks bottles...how bad is that??!!

Mornin Sandi
Aww 7lb10 shes doin soo well!! Jacks only a little ahead of her at 8lb3, hes 8wks old :D

hi all,

sorry not been about past few days, middle 1 was in hospital having an operation. he had a lump on his neck, we thought it was an insect bite on holiday so applied after bite etc. 2weeks later was still there so we went docs who sent us hospital who decided didnt know what it was so booked him in to remove it. he was really brave and only moaned he wanted to come home (he is home and fine). they sent lump off for testing.

glad others have found us. at the top of the groups thread there is a sticky about moveing/merging threads. will have a read and see how we get 3rd tri moved and merged here.

blake is doing well and still going 5-6hrs at night. he spent yesterday with my 80+ yr old grandparents.

in the groups there is a thread about moving/merging threads so i am going to ask them to move/merge this with our new home. so please dont be alarmed IF there are no septembyros in 3rd tri much longer.

Vicks.

Try pure ccoconut oil from the chemist. The hospital used that with alex and it worked a treat hun x

marg.
My house is a effiin tip and even if i do get it cleaned, its a bombsite within an hour!

Thanks Sandi!! Will give that a try. I have terrible dry skin and am hoping he won't get that too...

I have absolutley no willpower to lose weight at the moment!! Takes all my energy looking after Joe and myself right now lol!!

Same here! the wii fit is calling but im only going to use it to weigh Alex ha ha ha

Aha this is where the thread is!!

Hope everyone and their little septembryos are doing well, Pearl is being a sweetie and being far too good at night - I am sure it isn't going to last!!

I am still really sore after 2 hrs pushing and a ventouse delivery and a couple of stitches. Having salt baths...any other suggestions to help?

Hi Girls

marg.... my house is a sh*t tip too....... its blooming difficult enough to walk the dogs, sort out tea, feed, play and settle Noah to sleep with out worrying about about the state of the place....... it does get to me tho... mostly in the mornings!!

Hi Cracker :flower: I used witch hazel on my stitches and that worked well. Once my loss was lighter i started to use always ultra instead on maternity pads but had to stop using them as the absorbent chemicals they put in the pads made it sting!!!

Afternoon all :)
glad to hear ur all scruffs like me  altho I have managed 3 loads of washing, washed pots, tidied living room & kitchen and mopped living room floor!
And juslike u said Sandi... itll last bout an hour!!

hey cracker  sorry ur still feeling sore :( I dint hav any stitches with Jack, but had loads with Ab, and foundthat drinking lots n lots of water to dilute my pee helped with loo trips, hth xxx

oh Amy, sorry to hear bout ur lil boy, hope hes feelin better soon :hugs:

We're all chillin out in my bedroom atm watching Jurrassic Park on ITV... Daddy'shelping Abbie make model cars (shes such a tomboy) the puppy is wreaking havoc as per usual (stealing parts of cars :rofl) and Jacks jus driftin off for a nap cuz hes been awake for almost 2hrs!!!
I love that hes starting to stay awake longer after his bottles, it means we get more playtime :D

whats every1 else up to??

for those that had stitches/ventouse/tears/cuts etc - witch hazel liquid (small amounts) on your sanitary pad. it stings abit BUT does sooth alot.

i have put a request for our 3rd tri thread to be merged with this 1. so hopefully they can do it for us. admin etc may need whoever started 3rd tri's thread permision 2 move it i dont know.

my house is a tip as well. it seems that i can do 1 room, start on the next and the kids have gone behind me and made it a mess again.
