Hey lovelies!!
Dya know I realised today that I think my hormones are making me frisky and ridiculously I reckon I'd be well capable despite the mere 10 days that have passed yet ironically I will probably be celibate for a bloomin long while!!!!!
Grr
Anyhoooooooo
This weighty thang, when I weighed last week I was depressingly 2 stone over my pre preg weight (which in itself was a stone overweight) but I PILED the pounds on in weeks 37-42 so I choose to see that I lost 18lb in one week, even if half of that was baby.
Paloma was weighed yesterday and was 9lb11.5oz so they merrily discharged me. I have to go to the postnatal ward on Wednesday though for the newborn hearing screening which I didn't get at hospital as I was on the 6 hour discharge :S
Tis a reet bugger to get there too - 40 mins on a non-pram bus or 2 trains totalling 75mins, ah well, trains are soothing and all and I can guarantee the pram space.
Any pile tips would be grand here too...I had a coupla little uns that have happily retracted now superbaby is out but one big un that looks set to stay
At my midwife check yesterday the midwife said my 3rd big baby had totally parted my stomach muscles and there is a gap between em over an inch so I shouldn't do any ab work til they are meeting more!!! I'll just have to get ace arms and legs and wear corsets

apparently I need to ask at the 6 week check if they are ok but could be more like new year! so, medically, I can't possibly hit the gym!!!
Housework wise, I am soooooo lucky to live with parents - my ma has been off 2 weeks and is off til Thurs then my dad starts a week and a half off so I have only had to strip and make my bed and do about 2 lots of laundry so far - jammy eh? I've done the kids beds too and packed lunches each day etc but that isn't a lot, I know.
My ma is aces
Jeez I am jabbering here today, newbie is sleeping more solidly when she naps now that her alert periods are better so I am 2 handed typing and its a total luxury!!
*skips off to see what to ask Marg*
