Did your LO get constipated at first? Did it go back to normal or did they stay constipated? How long did it take to settle down?

She's been struggling a day and a half to get a poo out and there was a little hard lump this morning poor baby!

Now wondering whether to just go back on to first.

I know follow on isnt necessary before anyone mentions it lol its cheaper and you get offers like 3 for 2 in Boots x

I think it's normal when there is a change hun. We put Fran on hungry baby for feeds after 2pm on the advice of our hv and she got a bit bunged up at first. Once her tummy got used to it her poo soon got back to normal.

She didn't go for almost 2 days, produced 2 little pebbles on 2 occasions and then managed to clear herself with a good push - the first bit was hard and there was a little blood from the effort but the rest was nice and soft. I kept checking but there has been no blood since so it was just from the effort of pushing it out I think.

I would just give her a little water until things get back to normal xx
