Hi Ladies -

DH and I are in need of an RE but was curios if you all wouldn't mind sharing your RE experience. If you're in So Cal, can you please tell me who you're working/worked with and if you like/dislike them?

This is our first go at this and it's seemingly overwhelming so any insight you can provide would be really appreciated. :flower:

I'm in SoCal but sorry I can't be of any help. We didn't use a RE and most of our friends are childless by choice (we're kind of the odd ones in our circles!). I could post on my FB and see if anyone knows anyone? Hi to a fellow SoCal'er and I wish you much luck!

Hey there fellow So Cal'r!- thanks so much for your response & big congratulations on your bump!!! We had hoped to do it on our own but looks like we need a little help. We are being referred to a local office but there so much information its a little overwhelming & of course we want to make the best decision possible. :)

From a friend of mine in SoCal:

Reproductive Partners- they have offices all over LA- Beverly Hills, Redondo Beach, and Westminster. The dr is Dr. Rosen, though it seems like all the drs are pretty good. Dr. Rosen has the most amazing bedside manner.

Hi LL - Thanks for the information. We will be sure to check Dr. Rosen's office e out. Was your friend able to get her sticky bean with his help? Hope so. :) Have a great day!

well it's a bit more complicated for her as she has to use a surrogate mom...she is unable to carry a child full term. So it is her eggs and her husband's sperm but someone else carries the child. They succeeded right away but the surrogate Miscarried at 8 weeks...they are trying again soon

Thank you! We were just getting ready to look into seeing a specialist when we got pregnant so I understand a little. There's so much info out there just on different treatments and tests, and I hadn't yet started to think about looking for a Dr! Was taking a look at your charts and they look really good, definite ovulation and nice LP length. Much luck to you with the RE. Hope to see you announcing a BFP on here soon! :hugs:
