So confused!!

so yesterday I done 4 tests all come up with a faint but noticeable line this morning I done a digital one and it said I'm not pregnant and done another test strip with another faint line please help love the thought of being pregnant I was spotting 4 days ago

The digital tests sometimes take a little longer to show a positive especially if its the kind that says it will give you an idea of how many weeks you are. But I can see the lines on the others! Congrats! Try again with the digital in a few more days.
