Q: Why another Testing Thread?
A: To enable Softcups users and potential users to monitor the success of Softcups in TTC.



January Results:

Hi all,

I neglected to ask to put me down for testing on March 25th, but I did get my BFP on Saturday, March 27th! (I was in Florida for spring break, so I wasn't temping or in a position to POAS until I got home - which worked out well, less anxiety). I have taken 3 HPT's, all with very strong, very fast positives, so I feel confident to say I am preggers!

This was our 4th month of trying (DH had a vasectomy reversal in Nov 09). This was our second month of using softcups plus a squirt of preseed. I really thing softcups gave us the edge! We are both still in shock, as we thought it would take awhile with his potentially lower sperm counts from the surgery, as well as vericocele he has on one side.

Just wanted to share another BFP stat for this thread!

That doesn't sound right? 40% success rate? There looks like an awful lot of witchys and only 4 bfp's?......Maybe my math is bad! Shouldn't it be less than 25%?

Gosh, no need to apologize!!! I just thought this past month was a crappy one for bfp's

April is looking very nice though, so why don;t we go ahead and label that one 100% success rate....

Can I join!! I don't actually know when I'm testing yet so I'll make it up and then let you know if I need to change it !

Usually 50ish day cycles but I'm on cycle one of Clomid so fingers and everything crossed I will Ov CD17 (7 days after last clomid) soooo... will be testing around 19th April - Oh my god that sounds sooooo long away - I don't think I can cope!!!

hmmmmm........ well i took way early test a few days ago & it was negative & AF is due in a few days...3, to be exact. In a way, I kind of feel like AF should start soon...my stomach is tighter...but I just started working out too, so that could explain that...BUT am thinking mayyyyyyyybe theres a chance.....cuz my cervix is still WAY high...normally this close to AF it would be super low & ready to go...and my CM would be thicker & bleh...but its high & my cm is still very nice & slippery...weird?

It COULD be this herbal fertility supplement I take for 7 days straight every 2 weeks that makes my CM AMAZING. But idk...I don't wanna take another test until AF is due to avoid any disappointment. But...idk...what do you think? I don't really have any symptoms besides headaches, constipation and fatigue but...that could be normal.
