Sad to part with this, it was the best book I read during my pregnancy. It’s a collection of experiences and advice from mums on everything you could think of to do with pregnancy and motherhood.
Easy to just dip into, as it’s in handy titled sections.
Good used condition.

Yep, I used the TENS, it was just a godsend. It really helped with the contractions when they started, plus it also sorta takes your mind off them as well as giving you pain relief.
