sore hips

my hips are sooo sore. And im waddling! And im not even in 3rd tri! Will it just get worse? And what can i do about the pain?! X

mine do that if i sit for to long. you may want to get up and move a little more if that's the reason. but things happen all during pregnancy. things like this will pick up a bit though just to warn you!
