Sore tender spots?

Is it normal to have sore tender spots in your belly?

I've got one which is in the area under my bump, more to the right hand side. It doesn't hurt all the time but if I bend over stand for too long it gets quite painful. It feels a bit like a pulled muscle

I have them. Dr. said it's normal. Usually where baby is putting more pressure when kicking/moving.
