Sore throat/lost voice

    Is there anything I can take for this? Any natural remedies? Its been like this for 3 days and now I cant talk but dont want to really take any medicine

    :shock: I'd rather suffer :lol: Just had salty crisps though if that will help :D

    haha! maybe! Gargling salt water really is gross, but it DOES help if it gets really bad. Just kills stuff i guess

    I like to take hot water with a bit of honey and lemon juice in it. I'm not sure that it actually heals anything, but it's definitely soothing.

    Yeah I agree Honey and Lemon its good. My Nan always said eat burnt toast old wives tale I think as I have never tried it can't eat burnt toast LOL. Hope you feel better soon. Alot of it going around x x x

    I use to do the honey and lemon water with crushed paracetamol in it.

    I've been sick the past few days, can barely talk. I just keep sucking on cough drops and having hot ginger tea with lemon and honey.
