Sorry to be a pain question about putting in link to Journal

Am really sorry to be a pain and sorry if i have missed where it tells you but, i would like to put a link in my siggie to my WTT Journal. (and also to complicate things instead of having a long link will full web address i want to change text to say WTT Jounal).

Maybe i should have a glass of wine then try
