Hi ladies,
I thought I'd make this group in hopes of finding others who are trying/using/used soy isoflavones to help ovulation. This will be my 4th cycle ttc and I'm at a point where I'm just going to try and see if they help!
I have a late ovulation, usually CD 19-22, although it has been as early as CD 15, which I don't understand but anyways! I hope that some of you would like to join and share experiences.
Currently I'm on CD 4, I take the soy isoflavones at night before bed, you can take them 2-6 3-7 4-8 or 5-9 it is not recommended you take them after CD 5, I'm taking them 2-6. They are supposedly similar to Clomid, but a natural remedy. I'm taking them to see if can rectify my wonky cycles and get me a BFP.
here is my schedule
CD 2 100 mg
CD 3 100 mg
CD 4 100 mg
CD 5 150 mg *may keep this at 100*
CD 6 150 mg *may keep this at 100*
I look forward to having anyone join!
