I bought a box of 30 only to read on the inside that you can't take them if you are on the pill does anyone need any - I will send them to you

doesn't say it on the outside of the box - kinda glad I checked

Yeah kalms is fine to take whilst on the pill hun xx

Yeah kalms are fine as far as i'm aware, i've taken them in the past. St Johns wort affects the way the body absorbs the pill making it less effective i think. But the ingredient that does that isn't in the kalms tablets xx
