Hi - hope this helps.
Click on NEW THREAD.
At the bottom of where you type you'll see an option called "Post a Poll". Check this box and in "Number of Poll Options" type in the number of answers your questions will have (don't worry if you think of more later, you can add them!).
Example below:

Once you've typed in your opening post, and checked "Post a Poll", click "Submit New Thread".
You'll then see the following:

In a sec you'll be redirected to the following page:
https://i51.tinypic.com/15ztki.jpg
Here type in your question and answers.
When done click "Submit New Poll".
