I'm starting to lose it at this point. I had sex with someone a few times in early June. I experienced horrific cramps in the middle of the month with nausea and dizziness. Then the heartburn arrived a few days later. My period arrived on July 2nd and it was light and only lasted 3 days. The nausea, heartburn, dizziness, and exhaustion continue even though the urine pregnancy tests still say negative. Is it possible that I'm not pregnant and this is all in my head?

I'm not sure how long your cycles are, but maybe if the July 2nd bleeding was your actual period you are ovulating or gearing up to ovulate (as you would be about the middle of a 28 day cycle right now) and that's what your symptoms are? It's frustrating how ovulation/AF/pregnancy symptoms can be so similar.
I would either wait a couple days and test again or maybe go to the doctor for a blood test so you can be absolutely certain!
