I don't remember exactly but someone on another thread added it, so figured it wouldn't hurt. So I just did a quick search & found this...

So apparently good for blood flow in the uterus Just limit the quantity, don't go crazy, and dark chocolate has the benefits mostly.

I bought a few bars, broke them all up, & keep them in a tupperware in the fridge...eat a couple pieces a day.

Oh my, I would be going crazy too Beaglemom! I think this upcoming TWW is going to be the worst ever. Even though i know a lot of people have success on their 2nd month of clomid/iui, I think the first is going to kill me! Distract yourself somehow lol!

I tested today with a negative...not surprising. I don't feel down about it...basically I scratched the itch & feel better. May continue to test daily or hold out...not sure.

Floridasian - how long after stopping the P did you get AF? I think it was the 3rd day after for me, but can't remember.

AF arrives approximately 60 hours after the last dose for me.

Yes...I know I am early...I am not discouraged...just had to take a test...it was KILLING ME!!! lol!

I think mine was about that same amount of time before. If I get a negative, I have to manipulate next cycle because of my schedule. I am thinking I will take it the night of 15 dpo even if a neg that morning just to extend it a little. If neg the next day, then I will wait for AF.

I am just noticing sharp cramps similar to pre-AF. Not sure what to make of it. I think I typically have something like this around this time. I am also having lotiony discharge. It is probably just the progesterone suppository. But I feel like before I had that when I woke up & then maybe the next time I went to the bathroom mid morning...then no more. It seems to be lasting longer this time. But that was 2 cycles ago...so probably means nothing. I am only taking P right before bed. Anyone else one P only at night & seem to have this discharge?

My husband asked me about how I will prolong my cycle. I explained all the timing then said I will be doing my shots while we are visiting in PA. He said well you are an expert by now...it's a good thing we won't need to worry about any of that (meaning already pregnant).

There is a huge consignment sale here once a year. It is coming up mid August. I would love to go & actually be pregnant when I go. We will see.

Could be implantation cramps. I read that DPO9 is the most common day for implantation.

Hello ladies...I hope everyone has had a good weekend. I am trying to clean my house but keep getting distracted. My brain is always all over. I start putting away groceries, then start laundry, then clean up a random mess...before I know it the fridge door is wide open, my ice cream is melted, & the washer was never turned on. But I hope I can soon get more focused.

So I had some horrible aching legs...but I think that was from helping out at the library. I picked up a couple of boxes of books. Nothing else really except my boobs are sore on the sides when I touch them...but I think this is the P. Still having cramping off & on.

I was at Target today & found a play pen on clearance so I bought it. I know most of you do not buy baby stuff yet. But when you do get pregnant, def look at Target. They always seen to have great stuff on clearance in the baby section. I don't shot there often...I only go in to look at the baby stuff. That is where I got my $300 Eddie Bauer stroller for $70!

I tested yesterday but not today. I bought a couple FRER for if I need them. Not sure when I will test again...Maybe tomorrow. That will be 12 dpo.

So back to cleaning for me...I hope...if I don't get distracted again.

Hello hello, new to bnb. Tried a different forum but no one wanted to respond to me. Lol. This is our first month ttc and I'm going crazy already. I have like 37 day cycles so the waiting game for me is something serious!

Oh Beagle did I forget to tell you I bought a baby chair that reclines? ; ) after the stroller?? Glad you are staying busy! No more cramping? I had some super sharp cramps a couple times yesterday that lasted a couple seconds and that's about it! Started progesterone today and you know what? Not so bad! I woke up at 7:30, did it, then I layed down for 30 mins. Some came out a couple hours later when I peed but not as awful as I thought. Now, this is only day 1 soooooo....lol
Hope everyone else is doing well. I think everyone is ovulating this weekend right? Sarahok, hope your clomid is being nice to you!

Don't think you told me about that. They had cribs & a glider at Target too but not what I want. We have decided to buy a leather recliner at Sam's when it comes time to setting up the room. It is so much more comfortable than those gliders & easy to clean.

Airforcewife2, sorry about the long cycles. TTC can be stressful but hopefully since you are just starting out you can try to relax & have fun with it. I am doing IUIs...on #5...will do one more before IVF. I hope you never have to get to the point I am at.

Terribly long! My airman just left this morning to a course for a month so that kinda puts a damper on the whole ttc process. But I believe I ovulated a couple days ago, so now..we wait. I'm loving the idea of buying stuff now though, makes it fun!

Welcome Airforcewife. I have really irregular long cycles too usually 34 days on average. I think I ovulated today or yesterday.

Welcome Airforcewife! I have irregular cycles as well and started taking clomid this cycle. GL!

My back and lower abdomen feel uncomfortable. But I think it's due to a high chair I sat on for the last 3 hours. Not very comfortable.

I feel very irritated tonight. I have an immature, egocentric and unstable sister who got on my nerves again this evening. She just has no respect for anyone and she crosses the line a lot, too many times. I am so fed up with that spoiled little brat and I'm angry at myself for letting her get to me. To top it off I saw my mother earlier today and she was complaining about my sister's lack of tolerance and her bad temper. But at the same time my mother lends her car to my sister which basically means she has the car all the time. It's hers. I told her that she should have been harder on my sister, maybe then she wouldn't do half the things she does or says. You should see how she talks to my mother - no respect whatsoever - and how ungrateful she is. It really bothers me the way my mother just makes everything so easy for her. I had to save money to buy my 1st car and seeing she didn't do that, my mom thinks she needs a car. I don't. The point here isn't the car. It's that she treats people like crap and not only does she get away with it, she gets a car!!
Sorry about the rant but I had to get this off my chest. And I'm upset for being upset and nervous during the 2ww. I hope this doesn't affect me negatively. I just want to be around people w/ good energy you know. Not someone who has a negative effect on me and my well being. I want to be as zen as possible. TTC is hard enough without having to deal w/ this stuff.

Suzy, I can completely relate. My sister lives in her own world with no regard to anyone else...& my mom just caters to it.

But on the positive side, you ranting on here rids you of that negativity & now you can feel fresh again.
