Summer Lovin'...bring us some babies!

You guys must be talking about my sister. Ungrateful spoiled brat. DH and I were just talking about this today. She's unbelievable. Ugh! I think we have the same mother too...Suzy, I almost unloaded all of my frustration on her the week I was on clomid but I thought, I can't let her get to me. I have no control over the way she acts or how my parents cater to her. I am just glad I didn't turn out like her! Suzy you're on my same wait schedule! I will be 5dpiui tomorrow. It feels like forever.

I was looking through my calendar and realized I more thank likely ovulated between the 4-th and 6th.. I just had light pink blood...but mixed with discharge..I shouldn't have my period for another week or more. So idk what that could be

It feels good te be understood and sadly you can relate.
Beagle my sister is the same, no regard whatsoever for anyone else. She just lives in her own world. I do feel better after the rant. A lot lighter :-) Are you testing today?
JCM don't let her get to you. I should follow my own advice O:) But like you said, at least we didn't turn out like them!

I had a hard time falling asleep yesterday because all of this. And today my belly feels sore. It's weird. Maybe just the nerves.

Back to what's important: how is everyone?

Have a nice week!

Tested again today with a negative :( 12 dpo. I still have a few more days.

I had this weird sensation yesterday...it was a couple inches from my belly button sort of down & over in the direction of my ovaries...it was a prickly feeling...like when I take my injections. But it was not in the same place I take them. It was strange. Just now some light cramping. So I don't know what to think. I am going to try & wait until Wednesday to test again.

Last night we put the play pen together. It does not seem so easy if we were to travel with it. My husband likes it, but I am not convinced we need it. I have the box & receipt so I have some time to think about it. If anyone goes in my spare room, they will think I am nuts. I have a stroller & playpen put together & just in there. But no worries on anyone ever going in there. I would like to work on getting that room set up. We tore out the carpet so now it is bare. We also never cleaned out the closet. I have so many projects at home, I don't know where to start.

I wish I had that problem! We are waiting for on base housing so we are in a tiny 1 br apt. It's new and all so it isn't terrible but there isn't a whole lot of room. I had pink spotting just once yesterday and AF shouldn't start for another week atleast. I also had some cramping and back pain.

Some women experience pink spotting around O. I would say with that & the cramping you probably O'd yesterday. The day I have the cramping is when I count O (before doing IUI). So you should always try to have sex around the time of cramping or if you have the ewcm (egg white cervical mucus). I know your husband is gone now...the sperm can live up to 5 days in a good environment. So seems like you put in a good effort.

I'm definetely going to try OPKs next month so we don't play the guessing game! We did baby dance the day before yesterday so maybe there is a possibility. The waiting game is always the worst. I've just never had pink spotting before so it really threw me for a loop! Haha

What was your birth control before? You will find out when TTC, no matter how well you think you know your body, you really do not. Trying makes you so much more aware of everything going on. I would also recommend keeping a journal. That helps keep track next cycle on what you experienced before.

OPKs can be confusing. At your stage, do what makes you comfortable & causes the least amount of stress. If OPKs start to stress you out, stop doing them. Just listen to your body. But if OPKs do not stress you out, they are a great tool.

He used condoms, I never took BC , we simply stopped using condoms. I know, I never used to pay attention to anything I pay attention to now! Yeah I've seen where some women Get discouraged when using OPKs , hopefully that isn't me. But stress never helps, so I wouldn't continue if it was that stressful.

I never found them that difficult. But you could always get the clear blue digital to make things easier.

Hi ladies, may I join you?

We have a long backstory that I won't bore you with, but we have been TTC for 4 yrs now and had many challenges along the way.

Yesterday I took my last progesterone pill and am impatiently waiting for AC to show up. When she does I'll be doing my first round of Clomid days 3-7, unmonitored. I am so excited to finally be able to do something proactive again!
I would like to follow along on your journeys as well, we all need the support!

I glanced through your journal. You have def been through a lot. We are also dealing with count issues. I am hoping your husband's continue to improve. I think you are in a great thread. Most of us are dealing with some form of infertility. In my case, I have been off BC for over 10 years...dealing with low count...so far no issues found with me. I am in the TWW of IUI #5. If this one is not successful, we will do one more then on to IVF.

Your journey is similar to mine...no answers for so long...or bad news over & over...now you can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Good luck!

Welcome to the new gals!!

Beagle - FXed for you this week!

AFM - AF Finally arrived!!! Day 3 lab/scans tomorrow and hopefully get the green light to start the BCP - and my IVF cycle! Things are finally (hopefully) moving forward!

Good luck Moni! This is so exciting! Can't wait to see your BFP with IVF! My cousin just had her first baby in June through her first IVF attempt at the age of 39!

Congrats moni! There are exciting times ahead :-). GL and keep us posted!

CD8 today and my OPK was light this morning so hopefully no more early/premature O's! I'm having my first RE's appointment in three months tomorrow morning and I'm compiling a list of questions for him. So far on this journey with my RE the issues have always been more medical than infertility. We're now in the point that we will probably start to take a more proactive measure and most likely start with Clomid/Femara.

One more step closer to that BFP and THB!

Welcome minuet!
This a great thread to be in. We all share experiences and give and receive advice and support. GL

We continue to go to yard sales on Saturdays and men there are SOOOO many baby items at these yard sales and most of them are practically new, especially at the nicer neighborhoods. I was so itchy to buy some but I couldn't (if DH wasn't there with me I probably would have!)

I was just in the consignment store on my lunch! We put the play pen up last night. I also bought these blankets/burp clothes at Target. I guess they were a returned online item. There were 4-5 marked to $2 from $9. I told my husband we wouldn't even need a baby shower when this was over!

Once I know what I am having, straight to the yard sales & consignment & I will go to town!!! I plan to have a small dresser & I will organize everything by month. I saw that on a vlog or something & thought it would be a great way to stay organized.
