symptoms disappeared help!?

So I'm 6 and a half weeks pregnant and up until today I've had bad morning sickness and really sore breasts, it's all disappeared overnight

I'm really worried as this time last year we had a mmc were the bab. Stopped growing at 6+4

Any one else going through the same?

I had my symptoms disappear for 5 days at 7 weeks. Then they slowly came back. I was so scared at the time that my doctor had me come in for a scan. Everything was fine. Try not to worry too much. It is easier said than done, but just remember that symptoms do come and go. I hope that helps!

Mine disappeared so frequently for long periods of time. Hopefully you're just going to have as best of a sick free 1st trimester. Relax

Mine vanished at about 8 or 9 weeks I was so worried I ended up having a reassurance scan. This was short lived however as my symptoms (especially nausea) came roaring back so try not to worry too much x

Mine went at 6 weeks and came back at 8 week full force, im still pregnant but Im pregnant after loss too so I know how scary it is. Im sure that little baby of yours is just fine and its your body getting used to the hormones x
