Taking care of baby skin during winter.

Hello everybody..
Which cream can be used to keep baby's skin smooth and glowing during winter? Also what precautions should I take to avoid any rashes/dryness?
Any suggestions please!

My boys have very dry skin and eczema and some stuff that helps them is letting them soak in the tub for awhile everynight, but dont' use soap everynight. Use unscented soaps and lotions. We use a thick cream lotion..Cetaphil...it works the best for them. Also running a cool mist humidifier helps their skin too
