Taking OPKs twice Daily??

So I am still in the TWW right now but not feeling too hopeful about this cycle so I 'm planning for next. I plan to temp and use OPKs, which I have done in the past but I am now reading that you are supposed to test twice a day? What I am seeing is you are to test early afternoon and early evening. I work until 4:30 every day, so I thought no big deal to test around 5 each day, but if I am to test twice, I don't see how there would be much difference between 5 and maybe 8pm. Do any of you test twice? I could see testing around 1 pm and then again 7 pm or so but I don't think it'll be worth it for me. Cost isn't the problem, as I ordered Wondfos and they are super cheap but I just don't see the testing twice in 3-4 hours...
Any advice or experience would be wonderful.

3-4 hours can make a difference. Only 3.5 hours between the bottom 2 tests for me last month. Went from almost positive to a true positive in that short span of time. If you have the ic's I'd say for those few days before O might as well test twice

I got a negative with FMU and then at 7:30 that same night I got my positive. I heard it's best to test twice a day not to miss your surge. GL to you!

This cycle I tested morning noon and night and I managed to catch the very beginning of my LH surge at night, the next day it was really dark .
