Temping, when do I start

I had a loss at 5 weeks on Sunday and now I want to try charting my temps. Do I need to wait until next month to do so, or can I start now?

Hey hun, so sorry for your loss. I haven't been in tthf for a while so missed it all.

I started to temp after my mc, but I read they'd be all over the place, and they where. Made no sense at all. So I gave up.

I waited until my first af and started over.

Parkgirl, I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope you are doing ok. Have you temped before? If not, you can start doing it now just to get into the routine of it. The temps won't mean much since you didn't start right after you mc. Even if you did, you would probably find them to be all over the place like mushmouth said.

If you have temped before, I agree with mushmouth, just wait until you get AF and then start. I had normal cycles with ovulation the first AF after both of my losses. Good luck.
