you could be suprised aly and plus kids are way flexable i was so bendy as a kid ( partly due to my medical thing i was talleing u bout last night) and i can still get my knee over my shoulder

as for shoes i also used to steal my dads lmao

haha yer unfortuanltly theres only a certain extent i can go to coz my mucles stop me but when iam doing fitness iam even bendier its great i love it only bad thing is i get tight hips and have to click them but its funny how i do it had a mate jaw hit the floor once lmao speaking of which i need to do lmao

I miss it too. I had to quit when I moved back to Bangor in March because it was like a 40min drive away and I don't have a car. =[

i had to give up whe ni left the cadets i so wanna see if there is somewhere that i can go shooting like if there is a cheep shooting club anywhere int he area that would be so anmazeing and plus i miss the smell of the ranges soooooo much
