LoveSanrio - It's so frustrating isn't it! Wish I knew all of this when I started taking BCP all those years ago haha! Ooo best of luck for this month Are you going to hold off as long as you can to test or do you have a date set? 4 little girls, they must keep you very busy! I am just about to order some internet cheapie tests...don't do OPK's as of yet but I am sure as the months go by I will. x

Well today is the day. AF is due but has NOT arrived YET. It's 11.30am, still early. She could easily make an appearance later but so far she isn't looking like she's going. I've got my fingers crossed so tight! Here's hoping she stays well away! Baby Dust to all of you!

adopim, sounds like your cycle is the closest to mine, I'm three days past ovulation, this morning i needed that third rise in temperature.... and it happened!!! yay!!!! I'm probably going to be like you and test on the 10th because I'm just smitten with anticipation lol

I'm almost sure that I'm 2DPO today. My temp has been high the last two days, so I'm just waiting for the temp tomorrow to confirm Ov. I was hoping to wait until the 11th to test, but that will probably not happen, it'll probably end up being the 10th I am too anxious to wait. I used a modified version of SMEP and tried Soft Cups for the first time too. I'm really excited about it!

What is SMEP and Soft Cups? My husband and I took Fertilaid for the first time this past month and we used pre-seed this month and last month, we really like the pre-seed. Not sure if it helps but it's just a nice, added touch!

Can I join ye ladies?! AF is due 13th January for me... not entirely sure when I ovulated this month, CD 15 or CD 16, but i'm praying I get my BFP soon! I'll probably start testing on Tuesday 8th but I know I should probably wait until Thursday 10th.

I'm having bits of on/off pressure in multiple places in my lower abdomen. They're not painful at all and definitely don't feel anything like AF cramps. I said I wouldn't do it but I am getting so hopeful! If I am pregnant this month, we worked out I'd start my second trimester just before UK mothers day. What a perfect time that would be to tell the grandmothers. Never been so hopeful to get a BFP! Here's really hoping!!!! Baby Dust!

SMEP is the Sperm Meets Egg Plan. It's really meant for couples who are TTC after a loss, but I didn't see the harm in trying it out. The short version: Start taking OPKs on CD10. Also on CD10 BD every other day (C10, CD12, CD14 and so on) until you get a positive OPK, then BD that night and the following 2 night after that (3 nights in a row). Skip one night and then BD the next night for good measure. For a more detailed description here's a link:

Soft Cups are actually meant for AF, but idea for TTC is to insert it after BDing and keep the little spermies close to the cervix to give more of them an opportunity to enter the cervix. Welcome :wave: Looks like we are on the same DPO! Mine will probably be confirmed tomorrow (with a 3rd high temp) and I'm almost 100% sure it will be. I'll be testing on the 10th or 11th (who am I kidding, it'll end up being the 10th!)

I agree, waiting is so difficult! I'm trying really hard not to symptom spot this time, but I don't know if I'll be able to do it!

It is VERY frustrating! Birth control suck LOL! I'm kinda glad that since this is my last baby, I won't have to deal with bc anymore! Time to get the tubes tied after this one!

I am getting the tests I ordered tomorrow in the mail, and I think I will go ahead and test. It feels early to me, but according to FF, it would be 10 dpo. I'll give it a shot, and if it is BFN I will test again when I get closer to AF coming, which is the 13th. I will keep everyone posted!

Thank you for the info! My husband and I do the deed every other night for two weeks too. I just did that because I thought/heard that was the best way to do it. Without doing it everyday, if his sperm levels are low. I am taking my test Saturday and we already have our first appointment with a Fertility Specialist next week. So I am hoping I get my BFP and can cancel that appointment! If not, I know now what tests and stuff will be done!

I'm in the same boat as you! Testing on Saturday providing AF doesn't show up!
FX She stays away!

DH and I have been BDing every other night for two weeks also!
Wanting to see a Fertility Specialist if we don't get it this month but I know my doctor will want us to wait the full year!!!!
