I have a baby tummy too! :rofl: I swear someone is going to ask me one day when my baby is due :sick:
 
This is the 3rd day I've done healthy eating and I haven't had any sugar, and I have to admit I'm not really craving it anymore! I didn't expect it to be easier after 3 days. The first day I felt like an addict going through withdrawal :rofl:

but maybe thats coz ive just done my tesco order for 2moro.. all nice healthy stuff :thumbup:

Surprising how quickly you adjust isnt it! I find the first 10 days the hardest, but now Im on a serious mission!!! Ooooh we should do a prize for whoever reaches their goal! :happydance:

Got back down to pre preg weight and then just came back from hol and put 5 pound back on :( :grr:

I still need to lose a stone and a half and want to lose a stone at least for xmas!!

Girls, if you're craving sugar or feeling hungry, make sure you eat LOTS of protein! It fills you up for a lot longer. Soy mince is really good for this.

No2: 4 weeks after (blue top and long hair - 14 stone)

Now - 13 stone 5 ish.....

I hate being a fattie now :( but I am soooo greedy.... I was 13 stone pre preg but on average have been 11 and a half stone until a year or two ago...

Anyone else have a real jelly belly? I do walking but I seriously dont find the time to exercise.... what do you lot do?

I need to get back into swimming as thats helped me shed loads in the past, but like I say its just finding the time to go with Caine etc....

Okie dokie will change you to 26lb to lose. Im 13stone 4.5, so we're pretty much the same! We can do it! I dont think Ive lost any weight since giving birth... Maybe half a stone but thats about it... Shocking I know!!! :blush:
 
I need to exercise too, but it aint happening atm! Hoping to go swimming with Layla tomorrow but that doesnt burn many calories as all we do is sing nursery rhymes in a big circle and bob up and down...
 
I think it's just doing what you can. You can do 30 odd situps in a couple of minutes. Do that a few times a day and its about 100 situps a day which will tone your tummy.

Workout DVDs are good too.
 
ooh which reminds me of my davina dvd.. i finally have enough space in the lounge to do it now!

The strictly DVD is a shocker, anyone tried it? OMG I was knackered and PMSL I was dripping with sweat...

I know what you mean, you cant really do anything with them can you :eg for yourself? But I do lift up Caine in the air alot as he loves it and want to tone my arms :rofl: though he is getting really heavy now.
