Is it a sponge cake? We only use boiled jam for fruit cakes. For a regular sponge cake you can just use buttercream, that's what we use at work and it keeps the cake nice and moist whilst sticking the icing to it x

Poor AM, hope she's better soon. The cake sounds fab! Is it a butterflies theme? Is it AMs nursery that's butterfly themed?

Fabby, you are so motivated! I'm really impressed! I once done the whole "stick a pic on the fridge" thing... Every time I looked at it it made me so miserable that I jus wanted to eat!
I have decided to get fit tho, for jennifers sake. I want to be able to run and play with her. I'm not like ten ton tessa but I need to lose a few stone. Heart disease runs in my family.

I just successfully managed to get a sleeping Maria out of her car seat, undressed her, put her in her sleeping bag and fed her and put her to bed without her really waking up

Awww congrats Fidget!!!!
Fabby you are so motivated, i'm proud of myself for having a shower and keeping the house tidy (note tidy and not scrubbing or hoovering) but i did defrost the freezer today and put away the Tesco shopping. T still hates Tesco men, she was in hysterics and even white choc buttons didn't help, so held onto it and it melted in her hand while she cried at him!!
She is pretty grumpy at the moment, i'm blaming it on the big evil tooth.
Blondey, well done for making a cake! i'd have bought one cos i'm lazy!
OH is going out for a wee works do on Friday, bless him he is quite unsociable but i know he'll enjoy it. Party at my house, you're all invited!!!!!

Awww marias birthday tomorrow! Rory was exactly the same today, he fell asleep in the car on the way back from a 2 minute journey from my nans, I even turned the music up loud but even that didn't keep him awake, I managed carry him in and take his jacket off and me do some squats whilst still holding him..... No I'm kidding on the squat bit but yeah he was then asleep for 1hr and a half. My plan was to get him home and give him his lunch but he had other ideas!
Awww poor T. Rory is shit scared of our neighbour and I mean shit scared!

Fabby. I'm exhausted just reading about your escapades! It's easy to get addicted to excercise though, I loovveeed it - went to the gym 6 days a week and power walked about 4 miles a day. Bet you can't imagine that can you, Kimmy and Michelle
