This isn't a thread to judge people, just to show that it is hard doing what we are doing and it is normal to 'slip' or make a few wrong decisions and also support each other in trying to stay healthy for baby. For me when I took my first test, it was after a glass of wine and after I got my positive, I finished the bottle off that night knowing I was preggers. Since then I haven't done anything I shouldn't apart from now, I am drinking 'proper' tea again, bad I know but I miss it so much. I seem to be eating a lot of sweet stuff too, which again I know isn't good but my body is craving it. Your turn!
