my biggest problem with co sleeping is my OH actually, and the fact that he doesnt remember she is in the bed, i wake up every time she moves but he is oblivious, that and the fact that she crawls all over the place now and wont stay lied down

I think my thing with co-sleeping is that I see our bed as space for me and DH above anything else and it's important for us to have that. Also when we did cosleep out of necesity during night bfing marathons, I found I slept really badly because she was constanly kicking and punching in her sleep so me and DH were hanging off the edges of the bed while this 8 week old was sprawled out in the middle!

Your list is essentially what mine is. I used cloth from birth once he was over the meconium poos (and LO was a month early) so we used wee little prefolds for the first few weeks. Worked perfectly!

Question though - what is the rear-facing seat thing? Never heard of this??

The rear facing is for car seats. It's much much safer for them to be rear facing until a minimum of 2yrs..500% safer in fact. But rear facing is safer for everyone so the longer the better, some countries it's very common for them to RF until 4-5yrs old.

We have a graco 32 - which is good until 32lbs - so I am guessing a few years old?? I don't know how old they are at that weight! Question though - where do their legs go when they get too big? Bun is only 16-17lbs now and his feet are pushed up to the seat - do they just fold them up under them??

Haha yeah they are stuffed in there!! We no longer have the seat my youngest is in, it made it just too tight so my oldest is in a booster then my middle one in the seat my oldest was in then the red one..confusing lol
