https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QAWqrsp7axM can you believe that a douche would come up with something like that.... I mean seriously..

F*** that...what are these people thinking...i mean seriously...how can someone even think of something so horrible....makes me sick to my stomach!

that is a disgrace!!! i can't even understand how anyone could seriously come up with something like that!!!! How horrible!!!!! makes me so mad!!!! :growlmad:

I cant watch it for some reason? what is it?

i'm spending the next hour or so trying to finish tobys hospital bag and get started on mine. it's sooo intimidating!

:hugs: Lindsay sorry about AF! Excited about the Fertility Specialist though. I would be nervous too.

Goodwinone - I had cramps from like 7dpo - 14 weeks, and then again later for a few weeks. Don't necessarily mean a bad thing.

Cottleston - Sorry you're still in pain!! :hugs:

Tiffany - Sorry about the crazy family! Sounds like somehing my family would do. :hugs: Still holding breath for your bfp! When was your last test? When's your next? Your temp is still looking good. Your doc appt is coming up soon, right?

Wannabeprego - Good Luck for this cycle!

Sorry if I forgot anything. Changing my diet has sucked! I've lost some weight too. I've only gained 9lbs now total for this (my first) pregnancy. I made my next ultrasound appointment for April 11th, to see if James will need a CT scan when he's born. I've been really depressed and not handling work well, so my psychiatrist may take me off of work since there's no point in medicating just the last couple of months of prengnacy. I only have like 27 work days left, but between parents, students and administration I hate it there. My husband and I booked a BabyMoon 1.5 hours away. We got a great deal! $100 for 3 nights in a casino/hotel during spring break in less than 2 weeks! I wish I could eat at the buffet like I used to. Maybe if I walk enough I'll be able to indulge in all the food.
I love the casino! :)

What a night!!! I ended up in the ER at 11:30 pm with really bad abdominal pain. I was afraid of ectopic pregnancy, so I got blood work and an ultrasound done... The end result was i had a UTI really bad and i was passing the symptoms off as prego. So they gave me meds and sent me on my way. They did see baby in my uterus and my numbers went up to 2,814. I feel soooo much better.

it's about a law that they are trying to pass in some states that would put a women to death if she miscarries!

awwww Good!!!! I hope you are feeling better!!!! good that you got to see the baby though and that your numbers were up..hope they gave you as much meds as they could to help with the UTI and hope it doesnt last long..I had one a few years ago..it was horrible..and then it went away for a few days..and I was soo relieved..but it came back as a full freaking bladder infection!! oh it was horrible..I feel your pain!!! hope you can atleast take some sleeping meds or something and get some rest while it goes away hun....

and yeah..about the stupid video miscarriage thing....it really is the most backwards thing I have ever heard..its like...putting a guy to death if he has a wet dream or morning wood..I mean seriously..its natural and its no ones fault... and to think they are soo ignorant as to think that and to think that anyone else is as big a douche and would pass that law..I bet he seriously has people after him with a death sentence now...I mean if people get mad about abortions and such..and the death penalty for people that actually committed a crime...I cant imagine being the dumbass that came up with this and going about my day without a billion bodyguards..he should seriously be kicked out of the govt

Hi ladies....what does everyone have planned for this weekend?! Seeking Future Sitter For Infant 2012

Heiskell, TN 37754
Occasional (as needed)
We are expecting our first in October of this year and want to find a few someones we can trust to start watching them in our home in 2012 on an as needed basis and maybe more permanently if I end up going to work.

We would like to find someone we can get to know before hand and have hang out with us before and after the baby is born so we and the baby are comfortable with you. It would be great to find two or three sitters just to have backup. We plan on breastfeeding until 1 year and also will be cloth diapering (will of course teach you if needed for the diapering).

For the first few months it will only be on an as needed basis, if I am sick, have appts, or maybe a random date night. We are a very easy going couple, we live in a clean and smoke free home in Heiskell. We do have a small shihtzu puppy that loves everyone and is really no trouble other than taking him out every 4 hours or so. We dont mind you watching TV or doing your own thing when the baby is asleep but do expect the baby to have your full attention when awake. No house work necessary. We would like someone that does not have their own children. Someone that is able to stay out as late as 1 a.m. if its a date night and be there as early as 8am in the case of sick days or appts.

We will pay in cash at the end of every day. I know this is set for a future date but please do not apply if you have problems keeping appointments or have family/other job issues that would keep you from being on time or from keeping dates. We will notify you of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. If you have to cancel we also ask that you do so at least 24 hours prior as well. If you fail to do so more than once we will have to let you go.

Definite requirements are:
CPR/First Aid certified infant through adult

Reliable transportation and valid license

At least 2 years hands on experience with newborns and infants

References as many as possible both professional and personal

Willing to submit to background checks and drug testing if we deem it necessary

Willing to learn cloth diapering

Non smoker (not just in our home but never smokes)

If this seems like something you might be interested in in the months to come then we would love to hear from you and get to know you beforehand. Thanks for reading everything and we just hope to find the perfect sitter for our family!

We have to provide urine samples every midwife appointment to check for proteins... I didn't realise it wasn't a regular thing outside the uk. Good to see they're keeping an eye on it though.
I think if your BP is raised already, it'd definitely be an idea to leave a little early. It is kinds hard to find things to keep yourself busy... Ive never washed up so often or taken so many naps in all my life! I've just ordered a cross stitch to keep me busy, and of course there's the nursery and hospital bags to finish... Just need the motivation now!

Toby's great thanks. He's squirming away... Got a horrible feeling he's popped himself out of my pelvis to float around a bit, the little sod! lol
The scan is just a growth scan... Apparently due to my high bmi they like to check baby's size and position at 36ish weeks... Just to check progress really. Hopefully he's still engaging and hasn't flipped back to sunny side up!

They used to test urine every doc visit, and some places still do, but my hospital feels that they weren't really effective in catching things? My mother was so mad when she found out I only had to pee in a cup at my 8 week and 20 week labs.

Glad Toby's doing well. Fingers crossed he's in a good position and will stay that way!

Sorry about your scare! But glad to hear things are still going well!

Major hugs! I'm assuming this cycle didn't go well, and I'm sorry. :hugs: I understand though and wish you luck. Will definitely be e-mailing!

Funny you should say that..... Little git's decided that it'd be really funny to not only pop out of my pelvis, but to flip entirely to Frank breech with only 3 weeks to go. And he's already weighing 6lb10 according to the scan yesterday.
I've been hormonally swinging between "what will be will be" and crying and worrying over what might happen. Sigh.

Tiff, hoPe everythings ok... It can be a struggle and I think everyone here understands why you have chosen to have a break from tic... Take care of yourself Hun :hugs: xx

cottleston....put a flashlight on your lower tummy...they can see it and will go towards it apparently..also music is supposed to help...like headphones down there....ive read that working for a lot of people..

Yeah I've been trying those and getting in doggy style kinda position for 20 mins, all the usual stuff..... Tonight im going to have a warm hot water bottle at the bottom of bump and something cold by his head. Fingers crossed something works. It's not worked yet, I can still feel his head up top. Ah well...

:hugs: Katherine! I would be hormonal and upset too! Here's hoping the different things you're trying/will be trying will do the trick! C'mon Toby!!
