you guys are doing brilliant!!!!!!!! think im down to about 15 a day which is 5 less than usual, so a step in the right direction.

I quit on 3rd june 2007 so nearly 2 years. Its still difficult, especially with everything going on at the moment, I could actually kill for 5 mins in the garden with a fag........ but 2 years........I have to keep strong

you're all doing great whether quitting or cutting down. I went cold turkey and felt awful for about a week but it DOES get better

its so hard to be on a diet and quit smoking at the same time, its either fag or sweets lol!!! :hissy:
