Ok ladies i have just had my last cig
my stopping date was tomorro but i only had 3 cigs left this morning and they av lasted all day n iv just had my last one

Well its been nearly 24 hours and i ant had a cig
but im finding it really hard now as im sat at home on my own with nothing to do am eating fruit pastilles at the moment am doing anything i can to take my mind off having a cig x
i cant go out and get some even if i wanted to cos karl is at work

I'm starting Champix tomorrow, it's not supposed to work til between day 8-14 but quitting the minute I start it! Have 5 cigs left and that's it! Well done to the girls who've given up, and good luck to those about to!

Im not doing too bad hun i had a draw of a cig yesterday and today iv had half of one but that was only to calm me down
i must say it did make me feel sick tho x
