The Vodka and Watermelon Girls

You and Adam are both going through a big adjustment right now :hugs: I know I may get told off for this one but have you got him on a schedule yet? Some babies just need some sort of scheduling. I realize he's quite young but if you wash him at the same time each day, feed him at the same times etc and try to get his quieter times at night..this helps some babies :)

My grandmother insisted I do this and both of mine were sleeping through the night by 6 weeks, best advice she ever gave me :) Some ladies prefer baby led feeding which works great as well, I just found having a schedule seemed to work with my two

Seems like it's really quiet on bnb generally these days!

Ok here is the latest pic of Adam. He's been a bit grumbly this morning so wouldn't pose :haha:

Have some friends round this pm to watch yhe F1 and have some cuddles :)

Ok managed to get a less grumbly one!

Hope everyone is ok

C how is your cycle looking now?

DMom how are you doing?

Oh he's getting big! And such a gorgeous boy.

Cycle looks like it's getting back on track. Nice smilie opk last week so I'm in the 2ww at the minute.

We were at a friend's son's birthday party yesterday and I got a nasty idea of what c would be like if we had another one. I was cuddling my friend's baby and c came in to the room. He threw an absolute WOBBLER!!

Look at that adorable little man!
C is starting to throw her leg up to try and climb out of the crib. What do I do?!?isnt she too young to be in a toddler bed? And what do you do? Lock them in their room, or hope your husband who sleeps better than a corpse wakes up when she opens the door?

You could tie her legs together like they do with camels!:haha:

I wished someone suggested that I drill holes a bit lower. We converted his crib to a toddler bed at 1 yo because he was climbing out & within a week he was in our bed full time.

You could also put a gate in her doorway & leave the door open

Well, it's got good and bad. Mostly good but sometimes I just bite my tongue. Apparently when I open my mouth I offend her. So I try to just let my DH do the talking. But that's hard for him as it puts him in the middle. She means well and loves C. She's kinda coo coo. She's got anxiety issues and doesn't like exercise of any type and doesn't like to leave the house. So if I need to do something she's usually cool with watching C. She was going out on Saturday nights until allllll hours with her friend, but that stopped because her friend got really ill. Not sure what is wrong with her, but I'm glad she's not out until 4 am.
The fact that they won't/don't follow my routine makes me absolutely batty and is probably our biggest problem. They have a hard time getting C to sleep. She is getting all of her molars and I'm assuming that is the problem. She is 17 months today!

That sounds so difficult v . I really feel for you . I really can't bare being taking out of my routine .everything has to run like clockwork in the morning and evening in my house and at the weekend or I actually lose control . Happy 17 months c ❤

Hellloooo

I'm on my own today! N & M are doing their own thing! It feels liberating & a bit naughty....like skipping school..

Hee hee

Is everyone well?????????

Wow. That isn't ever going to happen while C is this young. Sounds enjoyable! What will you do?
