Things I cannot say out loud....

^^ oh dear lol....

I'm thinking of re setting my photography business up, but focussing on doing baby photography in the home iykwim? So I'd go to people's homes (they book me in) to take personal family shots in the comfort of their own homes and then give them options of things to buy if they want any. Bit like my day job but I get to keep all the money :haha:

Me - GO TO BED!

Cousin, You are so dumb! On top of it you are putting YOUR son in danger! I'm sure you know it is the LAW that you are to leave your infant rear facing in the car until they are 20lbs AND a year old, he is NEITHER! Plus as I hope you know they should remain rear facing until the age of 2!!! :dohh: :dohh:

She would go in and wash his hair over the bath then he would get in the shower after she was gone, she literally did everything for him he couldn't even fold a shirt! He would screw them up and dump them on the floor and she would come up and fold them and put them away for him, I don't think he had ever made himself a sandwich when we moved out!
I know she does it coz she loves him but I was brought up to be independent (well I suppose years of neglect will make you better at caring for yourself) I wouldn't want Flynn to go through what i did, I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy but I had to be independent and I want to pass a little of that on, you can't always expect someone to be there to fix everything for you, sometimes you have to do it yourself.

:dohh: at the hairwashing. My goodness. I thought my DH was bad, his mom never expected anything of him and his aunt did his laundry, bought his clothes...

Aunt (same aunt, oddly enough ) - don't ask MIL about something to do with babies and then turn to me and suggest that I do that with Miss Boo. For one thing, MIL hasn't had a baby in almost 20 years and research has changed. For another, it's none of your business! No, Miss Boo does not want a drink of water. She's exclusively breast-fed and if she's thirsty she'll let me know. A baby playing with an empty cup does not equal a thirsty baby.

dear neighbour.. it 5am would you kindly SHUT UP or if you insist on calling your husband every name under the sun you dont have to scream it for the whole world to hear..... your the idiot who took him back after he done it twice what makes you think he will change

Tanya, I nearly peed myself. Tbh, if your child can't take care of their own basic needs (including hairwashing) I think you've failed as a mother. It's terribly sad.

Emmy, do it. Just do it. Life is too short.

:hugs: all round.

There's no law that actually states this in the USA.

Flynn- stop growing up and being naughty, he came into my bed for a cuddle at 5am (he usually does, another thing mil likes to say I'm doing wrong) we both went to sleep and I woke up at 10am (lazy!) no baby in the bed! He'd climbed off the bed onto the beanbag next to it (supposedly as a crash pad in case he fell) then climbed onto the floor and was shuffling roun the floor on his belly!

There is no law that they are to remain rear facing until 2, but it is highly recommended to extend beyond the first year until the child reaches the height/weight limits for rear facing on their particular car seat. I have read and seen many news articles on the subject.....In many US states it is the law that infants remain rear facing until they are both a year of age and 20lbs, not one or the other....Having been in a bad car accident myself I am very serious about car safety.... here is an outline of state by state requirements and the fines if not followed.

Yes, I'm well aware of the US laws. I'm just saying, you can't accuse someone of poor parenting because of a choice. Anyways, that's not what this thread is about so we'll just leave it there. :flower:

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Oh my OH, you really are a numpty :haha:

To fill you ladies in, i've been getting rather odd feelings in my stomach all day (it's probably just the indian takeout we had last night :winkwink:), but it feels like a baby kicking and i stupidly (or maybe not :winkwink:) told my OH. He's now convinced i'm preggers ... I can't believe he forgot that i had "the painters" in just a week ago :dohh:. I could play on this, then he might actually do stuff in the house ... but i won't :D

I'm planning on digging out my positive preggo tests that I saved from Flynn and strategically leaving them around, it could be a brilliant April fools, it could
Also backfire and cause massive ructions. I really hope I have the guts to do it in the morning and don't chicken out!

dear step-nana, oh my goodness i am so fucking sorry that i spelled your name wrong in my CONTACT LIST for crying out loud, THAT is what you comment on in your email? THAT is more important to you than mentioning how cute your only great-grandchild is??
also, fuck's sake i thought you were a teacher. "spelt" is a grain, "spelled" is the word. bitch.

Spelt is the past tense of spell. In proper English :P
