Things I cannot say out loud....

...sugar definitely will not help make a sore throat better!! :dohh: Opposite in fact.

DH - I'm sorry you lost that piece of paper somewhere but it's not really on for you to be all grumpy at LO and I about it. :hugs: I know it's frustrating to misplace something but you're a grown man, and it's not my or LO's fault that you lost the paper!

Aunty - when LO is talking it does not mean that something is wrong, she was perfectly happy babbling away! Just insert "mmhmm" and "oh yes?" and such kind of things in the pauses, she'll keep talking cutely. Nothing is "wrong"!!!!!!!! :grr:

Aunty, again - just so you are aware, it is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS where LO sleeps. It's just not! It doesn't affect you in the least so why would you ask "does she sleep in her crib now?" And fuck you very much for the disapproving look you gave me when I said no. If you don't like the answer, don't ask.
Also none of your business - whether we have a stroller or not. Yes, we are aware that when you have a stroller "you can go for walks." For your information, we walk all the time. All over the city. With LO perfectly happy in her carrier, her little snuggly pocket on Daddy or my front. And no, actually, we won't be getting a stroller "when she's bigger" - for one thing, we just said that one reason we chose not to get a stroller is because we don't have room to store one. So how, exactly, would that change "when LO is bigger"??
I have this MARVELOUS idea - how about you worry about things in your life that affect you - like the price of kitty litter and cat food and crackers and whether or not potting soil is on sale - and you let US worry about OUR CHILD.
Okay?
Okay.
:grr:

Wow starlit, no stroller? I'd die! My back isn't very strong and id never manage to carry my chunky baby now!
Good on you for sticking up for what you want! Sod them all lol

i actualy cant take much more... OH- I hope your happy with your actions because youve just lost me!! I no longer want to be with a man who doesnt respect me at all.... you leave me to look after OUR child clean Our house while you just sit on your arse head burried in a DS.... well iv canceled the wedding and when you decide to stumble back home today your bags by the front door... im practicaly a single mum anyway so i may aswell start getting single mum support and that starts by kicking you out my house

:hugs: sounds just like i feel. hope your ok xxx

The sugar may not be good, no.. But chocolate coats the vocal chords! :) I had a lot when getting over gastric flu a couple of days before my singing recital a few years ago  But I won't tell Flynns Nan tanya, dw

Nats, hope all is okay. There's a hundred other things it could be that aren't cancer :flower: Try not to worry, although I know it's easier said than done, and you've been through a lot recently so you're naturally going to be feeling a bit rubbish! :hugs:

Rainbow.. I really hope you're okay. :hugs:

Starlit: Lol that Aunty doesn't know when to shutup does she! :dohh: Maybe she's just annoyed as it's a lot harder to nick a babycarrier off of someone as opposed to a pushchair if you're out walking :haha: I admit, I use a pushchair most of the time, I only occasionally wore my LO, I struggled to do it for a variety of reasons. But I love seeing babies being worn, and on the occasions I was successful it was really nice :cloud9:

Self: Put the biscuits down. You'll never lose weight that way.

Oh, MY POLE IS FINALLY TURNING UP TOMORROW!!! :happydance: We gave up on ordering second-hand ones as we were stick of people listing them wrong and us having to fork out the return postage, so we just bought one new *gulp*. IT SPINS THOUGH :D :D :D :D

Thanks. She's 20 pounds now, I've been front-carrying her everywhere since she was itty-bitty. And DH carries her too, it's not like it's just me or just him.

She does NOT. It is true. She never goes anywhere with us where we'd be using the carrier or a stroller - we go for lunch with her once a week and see her on holidays!
I love wearing LO and I will not give it up lightly. DH loves it too, when she drifts off to sleep against his chest it is the sweetest thing ever.
But really - the reason we decided to get carriers (Ergo + mei tai) in the first place was because we live in a TINY 1-bedroom apartment with one closet. I would like to know exactly where we'd keep a stroller?? Where it wouldn't be underfoot all the time and driving me mad? :dohh:

We don't have much space, I have to keep mine in the car lol

We lived in a tiny one room flat (36square metres), we just kept it in front of the door or on the balcony.

They might (hopefully) operate for biopsies tomorrow, fingers crosssed they do

:hugs::hugs::hugs:

I hope they take good care of you today and get all your tests done.

Ruubish, they're too busy, no surgery slots open tomorrow, gotta wait til next week

If I kept it in the car, it would be inaccessible during the day so what would be the point? :haha: (one-car family).

If we had one, I suppose we'd keep it in the hallway but it would drive me bonkers (no balcony).

WHEN they operate, fingers crossed it turns out well :hugs:

Oh Nats that sucks! Hope all goes well when they check it all out :hugs:

To my thighs: Please stop burning. Or, at least if you're going to burn, help me get the damn moves right!
To my hands: Stop gripping so hard again, now you have burny hands.
To my pole: I love you, and please don't hurt me.
To my cat: STOP sitting under the pole and licking me when I'm upside-down!! I can't get down when you do that and I get really dizzy!!

To my stupid cat: STOP bringing in live animals! Why oh WHY did you wait until we were just going to bed to bring in a rather quick mouse and dump him in the lounge? We spent half an hour tearing the whole damned room apart!!! (oh and while we're here, stop waking LO up and stop taking her plastic balls off of her and chasing them round the lounge.. AGH!)

Here is a picture of the aftermath...

Daisy just STOP ffs!!!! Why are you such a pain in the arse right now????? There's no point tidying this shithole up because you make it a tip within 30 seconds of being let loose! And leave the bloody cat alone!

Cat - STOP sleeping in the travel cot, it's not yours and you have fleas (getting flea stuff today btw) and I don't want you near LO or her things!

House - stop falling apart at least until we can get the fuck out of here and into a safe place! I can't keep fuck all tidy because every thing is breaking so now everything lives in the frigging livingroom on the floor! Along with half my work stock so it looks fucking awful and I'm SICK of it.

Me - just book a skip and chuck everything you haven't used in a month. Do it. Dare you.
Also, not doing your MFP diary does not mean you didn't eat like a pig yesterday, just means you pretended you didn't.

@Nats - Hope you're doing okay :hugs:

@Vixie - Aww that mouse is so cute, plus your house looks tidier messy, than mine does  and where did you get your playpen ?

@Ozzie - Get well soon :flower:

Me - Get off your arse and get that kitchen tidied. It is a tip. Granted it's not your mess, but as usual OH has pulled the "I'm at work all day" stunt. Oh and OH i'm not teasing when i go on about a ring. We agreed not to get married for a LONG time, but it hurts when you go on about me not needing one. I may not need one, but i would quite like one.

I agree, cute mouse!

To myself: you need to look after yourself and feed yourself today so do it!

The mouse was rather cute and teeny (although it had scarily large gonads according to DH, maybe he was intimidated? :winkwink: ) but it doesn't change the fact it doesn't pay rent, therefore it should not be in my house and potentially crapping on LO's things.. Hmph. Poor little thing must've been terrified though! Stupid cat.

Fergie, we got it from Mothercare! But Lindam/Baby Dan do exactly the same thing with just a different logo on it, and it folds up quite small too! I actually have a spare one for sale (one broke, got sent a replacement, old one fixed really easily and is now as new, haha). And LOL my house is normally upside-down.. Annoying thing was I had made it really tidy to I could put the pole up, then it looked like a tornado had hit it once we started throwing EVERYTHING on the sofas and pulling all the furniture out. And you can't even see all the mess there either! We were cleaning it all back up again til about 2.30am!!

Ozzie, hope you're not getting a cold! I got a but sniffly this morning too and had a panic lol, fingers crossed!

Emmy :hugs: it will all get better soon :)

LO mummy loved you dearly but please dont boot your lil bro/sisters home..... mummy doesnt wanna sit in EPU for three hours again x
