Just been to the loo and as I wiped there was a very light pink/orange colour on the paper.

Not sure if this is spotting?

Not having any cramps or pains, but I've got very bad acid and have been feeling quite sick most of the afternoon.

Any words of wisdom would be nice right about now

Just relax and get your feet up asap. You can never be to careful. But sounds like you may have burst a blood vessel if it is not a LOT of bleeding!

Not it wasn't a lot at all, I nearly didn't notice it tbh, but it just put the frightners up me a little, it was just the odd spots on tissue
