i have no idea when to test cycle been 24-28 days for past 6 months am now approaching day24 and nervous to test have sore boobs and white cm more then normal am hoping dont come this month. to all ttc

The finally arrived for me! I started spotting on cd 88 which was Saturday. I've had terrible cramps but my flow is much lighter than usual (sorry TMI)...is this normal for the first AF after the pill?

I'm hoping this cycle will be a little more normal.

Sorry to gatecrash, my first few AF's after coming off the pill (microgynon) were all over the shop, between 45-67 days. For a good 8 months, they settled eventually to a 36 day cycle! Just for info, don't expect your AF's to settle straight away...!

Great thread thank you, it really does help knowing there are people in the same situation as you.

I have been TTC for 6 months and have only had 3 cycles. I find the weeks leading up to ovulation almost harder than the two week wait. Life is just one big waiting game at the moment!!

My flow was very light after the pill also.

Thats quite a comforting thing for me because i'm dreading having the most painful heaviest AF when she finally does arrive, still might do but i'm trying not to think about it lol

Thanks for Threads like this! Im really wondering what is going on, Iv posted a couple of times before, as My last AF was 2nd November, I was due another one beginning of December, that didnt show, We started TTC on the 6th December. From 20th December onwards, I started to feel different, My boobs felt fuller and looked slightly different than usuall, I was feeling quesy and hot on a few occasions, I was only actually sick once, but this wasnt normal (sorry for tmi) it was more yellow. I did a test and that showed .

I assumed that because of the negative test that I must just be run down, and maybe its made me miss December's . I was sure I would see second AF that was due beginning of January.. But its still not shown and we are now towards the end of Jan, and my 3rd period is due in 2 weeks.

I have done several hpt and all showing . I went to the doctors 2 weeks ago, and she also did a pregnancy test that showed but didnt do anymore tests and told me to come back in second week of february and she would look into it further. Iv never missed a period before, and to miss 2 is weird.

For the past three weeks, my stomach seems to be constantly swollen, Its not gone down, I do have IBS, but i know when i have a flare up, because I have a great deal of pain, and Im not in any. My boobs are massive. I have felt a few cramps for the past 5weeks, but they are very light.

My cousin seems to think I could actually be pregnant, she has polycystic overies (another thing that i also have) and all the pregnancy test she did always showed negative (when she was carrying her daughters) her pregnancy's were only confirmed by blood test, which I have not had done, something about her hormone levels being very very low.

However to read some of your posts, one or two people have been waiting for AF longer than me, Im now on cycle day 82/83.

Isnt it sooo fustrating.

what do you all think about No AF after coming off bc? i had implanon in for 9 months and had it romoved in august 08. i have been waiting for AF since the and have nothing. i went to the dr and was told to "just wait it out". should i go to a gyn and talk about provera? i dont know much about it. this getting expensive to TTC! i have to test all the time because i dont know when my cycles are!?! anyone else with no clues to anything about anything?

I'd like to join this one girls.
Been pretty regular since I had my 3rd baby Sept 2007.
Cycles been 30/31 days mostly for a good few months now.
Hey-ho on CD44 now, had a dodgy Clearblue false positive a week ago, and a BFN from First Response a few days later.
Don't know what the score is at all, so I'll sit in here and wait for AF to turn back up!

So heres an update!

I managed to get an appointment with the doctors. Here is my story so far.

Came off the pill September 22nd no period as of yet.
Went to the docs end of November and was sent for Blood tests to check hormones.
Had blood tests in December they all came back normal aprt from my LH Levels being a little higher. But Doc not sure if this was an issue, as the blood test was taken mid cycle not 1st 3 days of cycle. So to rule out or confirm PCOS she would referr me for an ultrasound.

Not heard anything and still no went to the docs on Friday to see what was happening.

She said that I should get an appointment for ultrasound within the next 2 weeks, but said for me not to worry as
1. It might be my body just taking its time - and things could return anytime
2. If it is PCOS then I can still Ovulate at any time and get pregnant!

And guess what - on Friday after the docs got a letter through the post from the hospital with an appointment for ultrasound Feb 5th.

The doc also said that if it is PCOS then I would be referred straight to a specialist to get things moving and get me closer to a !!

She did really make me feel a lot better and reasured me! And with an appointment now as well I feel things are moving in the right direction!

I would recommend making an appointment as this can help you relax so much more when you have more info! And being told taht I could still get pregnant any day if I did Ovulate was amazing even if I am on CD 120+!

Will keep you all up to date.

In the meantime my temp went up again today, so if anyone can look at my chart and let me know what you think, that would be great!!

Hey girls!! My periods became very irregular during my high school years..I would get it maybe every 3-4 months, and at that time i thought it was great!! lol..long behold it would catch up to me now..I never used to know when i was ovulating. So i went to see my gyno and she prescribed me Provera to get my cycles a little more regular! And iam also taking clomid as well..So now being on provera i've been getting AF everymonth but the day is always different..lol..I just wanted to share my story with you girls!!
