Thread killer........

Well it took half an hour but with me sat round the other side of the door LO went to sleep happily :happydance::happydance:. She just played for a little bit then lay herself down and went to sleep quietly with no fuss. I honestly thought I'd be still rubbing her back to get her to sleep when she's 10

Getting Fran weighed today - first time in 5 weeks. Be interesting to see how she's doing now she's crawling properly and cruising. Especially after her being poorly for a week too.

24lbs 8oz! Still following her curve nicely

My hv is so lovely. I asked her if Fran would have her review around 12 months and she said if she wasn't so busy she would do it today, but she's not worried as she's been seeing Fran for so long now and knows she is developing just perfectly :happydance:

Bless, she's a little gem! Sorry it took me ages to do but I sent the placemats to you today so they should get to you by the end of the week :flower:

Oh no worries love, I appreciate you going to the effort for me. Thank you so much xx

Aww that's good Anna. I'm getting Ella weighted next Tuesday.
I've put Ella to bed and left the room completely, all is quiet :D

Ooooh that sounds promising!

We gave Fran supper before bed tonight. Hv says to give her some to try and help her sleep better at night. She's been waking for a bottle in the early hours more often recently - probably a growth spurt but bloody annoying :haha:

Didn't realise I'd already posted hahahaha - that's how tired I am :haha:

Checked on her 5 minutes after I put her to bed and she was fast asleep

Hope that works. Ella has dinner not long before bed and still wakes up at about 2am but I think that's habit.

Fran has her tea around 5 and her bottle when she starts giving tired signals anytime between 7 and 8. So we are giving her porridge at about 7ish.

Aw that's good :happydance::happydance:

We went Santa shopping last night and I was excited all day about it. After saying we would be sensible cos danny is so young all good intentions went out the window when we got to the toy shop. So Danny got a big car to sit in, loads of Lamaze toys (educational argument!), cuddly tiger and lion and a pile of other wee things. I gave him his Sophie giraffe to play with when we got home and he licked it then promply lost interest in favour of eating his hands. Babies!

So supper was a big success - NOT! She hardly settled all night and drained a bottle at 2am!

Oh well, will keep persevering lol.

Today we are spending the day at home. My friend is coming over with her little boy who is about 6 weeks younger than Fran - we haven't seen them for ages because they went on holiday. They are going to keep little madam occupied while I make Steve's birthday cake! And I'm going to do some cupcakes for us too - yum yum :)

Thanks for having our little convo today Anna :hugs:
