There loft is partly seperated i read.

I think the washing powder is totally irrelevant, if they were trying to wash away evidence forensic would notice that parts of the house or certain unusual things had been recently scrubbed and that would become suspicious, maybe the gran was expecting to have to stay away from her home and needed to wash her clothes if i had to leave my home I think one of the few things id take is washing powder to clean your clothes, they wouldn't of had Tias clothes to wash as shed still be wearing them or police would of found them. It's a very strange case.

Yes, i saw that apology. As on the other thread going, it really sickens me that they may have moved her around. Its just so awful. How could you watch your granddaughter grow up and do that to her? When i look at her photos in the press there are some as young as my daughter who is 5 and i just cannot get my head around how someone could do that...and to do that and lie????

I dont get the fact the dogs didnt detect anything earlier. They are trained to sniff out any trace of blood etc so even if the body had been moved to the neighbours then there would still be traces



and there is no way id lend out my loft to next door for body hiding!

Someone said it was a rescue dog, so the dog wasnt one to smell traces of blood but find someone who is hidden but alive. Maybe they thought this was another case like Shannon Matthews

That is true, during the early days I assume they were looking for a child so they would have most likely used a dog that was trained in only live scents. I think the cadaver or bloodhounds were brought in during the last search which prompted a 2 hour search of the property. And the police haven't given details of where they found the body, if it was found in the loft, there is also a possibility that the body was moved to a neighbouring loft. Such a sad thought.

I read it was found in the loft..but whether thats true, im not sure. It was in one of the online papers.

The thing with cases like this is that we could spend days and weeks suggesting different motives and scenarios but the sad truth is that everyone involved will deny it and nobody will ever know for sure what happened.

As for the washing powder....im guessing nobody on this thread (me included) has been in the situation where a child in the family has vanished? Nobody can say what they would do in that situation. Not saying shes innocent but just saying maybe dont get so caught up on the washing powder.

Really? it must really upset even more the fact that you met her a few times . It is just so sad and i only know what i read.

Yeah, its horrible. Makes me want to cry every time I think about it.
Her dad lived above my friend in a flat, he was there a lot, they are good friends still. I saw her playing a few times and she was at the flat a couple of times when I went round, only a quick hello etc, but still, she was such a pretty little thing. Makes my heart bleed for her family. I hope justice is done.

Totally agree. No one can know 100% what they will do. I have been in a different extreme situation, twice and each time I reacted differently. Once I went shopping Shock takes over.

Yeah her dads still in Northampton, not sure weather he's I the same fault though, my friend married someone in the army and moved away.

I agree with this but I guess its in human nature to question things. Early on in this thread many people said that they thought that there was something odd about this case and majority were right to think that. X

So because they have released G-ma and neighbour on bail, to appear in October, does that mean that they aren't been charged now? I don't get why they would let either out when one was a suspect and the other an assister.
