Wow! All your stuff seems so cheap. Here in the US a gallon of milk is almost $4.

Anyway, yesterday:

At Kroger:
bread
milk
canned veggies
cereal
coke
dr. pepper
apple juice
pork chops
chicken legs

For....$35 plus tax

Walmart:
6 pair socks for Bryson....$6
a pack of diapers (23 in a pack)...$7.50
health items (Tylenol, heartburn meds, and Benadryl)...$14
a movie for Bryson....$5
shampoo and conditioner for DH....$11
razors....$6
cat food....$10
bottled water...$5
5lb bag of red potatoes...$4
Total: $68.50 plus tax

And $20 for gas, which only gave us 5 and half gallons. Gas here is $3.54 a gallon.

A normal grocery shopping trip is about $180-$210 for us. This is twice a month.

I think Americans pay ridiculous amounts for food, formula etc. Not junk food, I think yours are quite a bit cheaper than ours.

VAT is included with what we buy so we don't have to add on anymore at the till, that would drive me mad!

ETA where I live petrol is £1.41 per litre (some places are a bit cheaper). That's $2.21 I think. 1 gallon is about 4 litres for us. Petrol is extortionate so glad I don't drive!

60p on a 1st class stamp to send my nephews birthday card.

£4.60 on lunch in a cafe.

Nothing! I've managed the day without so far! (rarity!)

Peppa Pig Plasters.... for me
medical tape and cotton wool to hide my poor pole burns
Tweezers
Apple
Grapes
Water
Crisps

Crisps
Pork
Lemon Juice
Breasticks
Dips
Sweets
Cereal
Wrap
Booties for Millie

Monday & Tuesday - £0! :D love those days :haha:

Today; milk & Pepsi max - £2.74

Edit: just bought the little mermaid DVD thanks to the grotto girls :haha: - £8
