Too scared to test for 3+ on digi update page 4;(

Hi Girls

I have just registered on the site as I have been trawling looking for info. I used the Clearblue test with indicator last Monday and it said pregnant 2-3 weeks which was spot on as I had fertility treatment so knew exactly when conception was

However I have tested this morning and its now saying 1-2 weeks. I have had m/c in the past and I am terrified this is another one. I rang the fertility clinic and just got shouted at for retesting at all they said I should just wait for the scan in 10 days. Has anyone else had this and had a good outcome at the end of it just to reassure me a little.

Welcome to the site. The person who shouted at you at the fertility clinic has obviously never been through this. Have you a friendly gp who would do an hcg tomorrow and Thursday, tell them the preg test is getting weaker. Beginning to think these tests are an expensive gimmick

Hi

The GP not interested either despite history. Says that at this stage what will be will be. Its v early, alot of women experience early miscarriage etc etc. Whilst I understand that I just wwant to know. Feeling v crampy although not bleeding but beginning to worry that this may be it-AGAIN!!!

Keep hoping someone is going to say the same thing happened to them and everything was OK

I know how you feel, I have never had a mc before but I am fearing the worst. I have spent most of today in bed with a bad headache, I think from stress. I still have some bleed when I wipe but not enough to even be on a pad so I have no idea what is going on, and DH really does not get what I am feeling...I guess all I can do is wait and hope for the best outcome. That test just put me over the top!

It is harsh isn't it. I am having crampy pains now which isn't good but had bath and they have eased a little bit. Trying to focus on them being stretching pains rather than m/c.

i got a 3 + at 5 wks. also had light bleeding on & off with cramps. but so far seems to come & go....

YOu are right it is scary!! This would be my 3rd m/c. I do have 1 son through IVF but we havd this go and 1 embryo in the freezer and thats it for us. Just desparate for it to go right!

Really hope all works out for you. I am 5+2
and also have had 2 mc.pma for us all. In USA they don't even gave the conception indicator, probably because inaccurate and causes anxiety.

well I am pretty sure this is it for me, bleeding has gotten heavier, and I am now starting to pass clots, I am heart broken and cannot stop crying. I will see the nurse in my clinic (where I work) tomorrow and see if she can check my HCG levels but I am thinking this is it...good luck to rest of you

So sorry you are going through this. Don't lose all hope until you see hcg levels dropping

Didn't feel so preg this morning and still 2-3 on digi so got blood hcg and only 267 . Midwife at epu has asked me to check hcg in 48 hrs but I think that is way too low because I first got a 2-3 a week ago. Pink cm again today so not looking good for me

Well just got back my HCG and it was 15.4 way to low! I am upset but I coming around to the idea that it is over. I will wait it out and we will try again! I hope you all have happy and healthy nine months!

Really sorry. I know my level is on the way down, starting to feel crampy. Good luck for ttc again- we have decided not to because I am 38 and can't go through this again ( 3rd mc)

My heart is broken I never thought "something like this would happen to me", I guess no one ever does. But I have a beauitful 4 year old little boy and I have to stay grounded for him. I am only 29 and DH is 29 as well so we have time.

You have loads of time left to ttc. I am sure this is just bad luck for you and next time you will be fine. I am actually glad I used these tests because other than very slight pink cm a few times, I had no idea my hcg was low, except fir the fact that I didn't get a get3+. I was prepared for a bad result today which helped. My 2nd mc was a terrible shock because I thought it couldn't happen twice. I am sure it is my age and you will be fine next time. Still not bleeding and cramps gone so hope things don't drag on. Look after yourself

When do you have your HCG levels checked again? I am getting my done tomorrow morning again. Just to see if they are going down still. The nurse here at work cannot believe I don't have cramps, I feel fine. I guess I am just not going to have them. I am very new to this so I have no idea what to expect.

Levels checked tomorrow, the midwife thinks it may be implantation bleed and levels will double but I doubt it.still have very slight pink cm but no blood/pain. Hope it's not ectopic. My first mc I bled heavily but it was completely painless, lasted about 5 days and I ov'd again 10 days after the bleeding stopped.2 nd mc was a mmc, hcg levels completely normal because my body didn't realise baby was not developing normally. I didn't bleed at all and needed d&c to take it away. Suppose they are all different. This is the first one when I have spotted for days but preg test still strongly positive. Will see what the levels are tomorrow

We are really not doing well on this thread are we! I too have started to bleed heavily and have the most awful cramps and a raging headache. This is m/c no 3 for me also. I have no been referred to the recurrent m/c clinic for them to investigate but I have fertility treatment and only have 1 frozen embryo left so we are getting v near the end of the road.
