Hello Ladies (and possible gents)

Ok Hubby and I are just starting out TTC our first baby. Let's cut to the chase, I THINK I ovulated between 21st Dec - 27th Dec. We got busy every other day during this time. I did an ovulation kit on Christmas Day and it was pos (thanks Santa!) we got busy again the next morning and after I felt a little crampy then it settled down. Then i peed today and noticed a v small amount of blood in my cm then later on it was v sticky and looked a little yellowish (TMI but we're all in the same boat!) I'm not due on until the middle of Jan and I have no other symptoms, any suggestions what this could be?? This has never happened before.

I would love an answer because I've never done this before.

**Fingers Crossed**

Forgot to add I've also have mouth ulcers and a few spots which tends to be a sign I'm due on x

Hi there, and congratulations on starting your TTC journey! It's exciting and I hope it will be a quick one for you :)

Not totally sure what this could be for you, but just want to caution you against symptom spotting so early. A positive OPK means that you're probably going to ovulate in the next 12-36 hours, so chances are a positive OPK on Christmas puts ovulation roughly on the 26th. So you'd just be 3 DPO today, and implantation occurs 6-10 DPO. Cramps that day might be ovulation pains. You're now in your two week wait, so try to relax and keep your mind off of it too much until you're due to start! Good luck to you!

Hi LilMissJonesy!

I got a positive OPK on christmas day as well! Yay, we are cycle buddies! :friends: So we are currently 4DPO. I agree with what Newmrsb said, it is so hard not to symptom spot though! I am always asking myself "do my breast hurt? Why yes they do" BUT that is usually because I am squeezing them all day trying to see if they hurt LOL! Anyway GL on your journey, I am here for support!

Newmrsb are you a newlywed? I am! :wedding:

Babydust ladies! :dust:

thanks CraigBaby, glad to have found someone in the same boat! Although my name says Miss I'm actually a newly we'd aswell, we got hitched in August! Fingers crossed for you xxx

SO exciting!!! Lol I think my DH has more baby fever than I do! At our neighborhood NYE party he wanted to hold all the babies! :)

Haha I have no idea what all the anagrams are? My fella just wants a miniature footy kit, we're in cycle 2 as well, how exciting. I'm getting nervous now hate the build up to that time of the month, trying to figure out when to test

Also glad it's not just me sign spotting like a crazy person! My breasts are in the same boat hahaha, do they hurt? Yes! (After poking them for 10mins) hahaha x
