Symptoms are worse today. I have had symptoms a few days now but today literally all morning I have felt so dizzy and lightheaded and nauseous. It eased off a bit by the afternoon

In my experience the stronger the symptoms the better. Luckily for me I only tend to have them from around 6 till 10 weeks but you seem to have gotten them unluckily early!! Sign of a sticky little bean!
