Exactly, so I don't cause offence to anyone. Like I said, it's that easy.

I just hate it when people like that refer to it as rat poison or similar when not everyone who dosnt formula feed thinks that way. if it where I would be dead by now. thankfully we are in a time where the formula is not what it used to be when it started out that was very unsuitable stuff back then.

if you told me that you were offended by me saying that your baby was born 'artificially' because you had a c section, then i wouldnt say it to you? in fact, didnt you post a reply in another thread yesterday saying 'id punch someone who told me i hadnt given birth'?
there are people out there who think nothing of calling our children b*****ds because they were born out of 'wedlock' it is the 'correct' term, the dictionary says so, but people would be offended by it, so its not used! come on, you need to look at the bigger picture here!

and also.. its not even the same thing, pram or stroller, its not offending anyone is it?

I totally agree with you on this one! If it were me I wouldn't have referred to formula as artificial knowing that there are so many raw emotions for the woman who didn't suceed with breastfeeding, especially if I was lucky enough to be sucessful at it. Maybe it wasn't intended but I did just think it was a little smug that's just me though and just my opinion!

I think the rat poison comparison is being sarcastic. Like a lot of BFers make out like there is nothing worse than formula. But actually it's not THAT bad. Anyway...

Is the weather crap where everyone else is today or is it just me that is now being kept prisoner in my house? Lol
