Vitex...

i have been taking two tablets of vitex now for over a week and BOY have i found a difference... For Cm on friday i had gummy wet cm blob... i am drinking more yet my pee is very yellow... i feel more wet down there about an hour or 2 after i take them... any one else notice anything???

Didn't want to read and run, but your post gives me hope! I'm starting next cycle, in the hopes to regulate my stupid cycles. Is that why you started using it?

i started it to just help.. im regular but wanted to help my ewcm... and with research and i mean ALOT of research i figured i would try that along with ACV (which is HIGHLY recommended by my friend who is a herbalist) but i am noticing a difference but i am a little more irritated easily lol more so then i was .. hubby made that comment this morning
