I have also been TTC for 4 months. Have you bought Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler? I reccommend it 100%. It has the answer to almost any question regarding your fertility and explains temperature charting etc. The Fertility Diet by Sarah Dobbyn is also a good book. I hope this helps a bit. They have helped me as I feel like I can do things to improve my chances of getting pregnant.
