bit early for me, but might be useful for someone!
It really amazes me how differently priced the same things are on different websites, you really have to shop around with this baby malarkey! It's early days for me too but I've spent a lot of time researching things online to get an idea of what I want and how much I need, so I keep an eye out for when the particular things I'm looking at getting are on offer. There really isn't one place where everything is likely to be cheaper, the prices differ massively for everything!
Like the Avent newborn starter set on that link down from £29.99 to £27.99, I picked one up in Boots yesterday for £12.99 as I knew it was a bargain and I've been buying odd bits that I know I won't get that cheap if I leave everything til later.
