Weight Loss support Thread

Tuesday

Breakfast - 2 slices of toast

Lunch - Tuna salad brown soft roll

Dinner -

Snacks - banana

Drinks - 1 cup of tea - water
 
No I didnt have time for snacks yesterday... I barely had time to do much I dont know where the day went,

But Chris sat and had a Parmo when he got home from work and that was the worst part!

Everyone is doing really well.

Is everyone doing alot of exercise too? I hate exercising, i dont mind walking but the weather is really shit dont want to take callum out in the cold unless i really have too!

Ive just done my pump it up workout dvd and i am absolutley knackered!!

Hopefully all the hard work will pay off!!
 
i am doing alot of walking, at least 20 mins a day.

My mate is in canda at the mo, he gets back on the 10th, im dreading that coz he is a fitness freak, he is dragging me out jogging and playing sqaush when he gets home.

the worse thing is...........

i ordered a dress for a weddng im going to in Auguest, my goal was to fit in to it by then, its a size 16/18

it came today so i tried it on so i could see what areas i need to work on and how many inches i need to lose to fit in it...............


It bloody fits me! lol

so i need to order another dress a size smaller now as my ansentive(sp?)

i have another wedding to go to in june so i will wear it for that one instead

TUESDAY

Breakfast - 1 weetabix with milk

Lunch - Slimfast Milkshake

Dinner - Quorn mild curry & 2 sml Naan's

Snacks - Apple, 60g Carrots, 100g Grapes, Sml Mince pie

Drinks - 1 cup of coffee & Water

Total Calories @ 1335

I'm really struggling today :( the first couple of days were great. I really felt like I was doing well.
But today I am craving anything and everything. And my mum just brought me some chocs that I really like.

I haven't touched them...yet

I want to lose weight but I want to eat loads of goodies too :hissy:

I have been ok today, had quite a big dinner tho. Did an hour of exercise this morning so should be ok.

Breakfast - 2 slices of toast(wholegrain)
Lunch - 2 slices of toast (was gonna have salad but couldnt be bothered to make it!!)
Dinner - Roast beef, boiled potatos, pea, broccoli and carrots.

Dinner - Chicken in a Spanish Sauce with Potatoes & Garlic bread

Snacks - Apple, 60g Carrots, sml kitkat

Drinks - 1 cup of coffee & water

Total @ 1500 calories

Wednesday

Breakfast: Missed

Lunch: Missed

Dinner: Lasange

Drinks: 1x cup of tea, 1 glass sprite zero, 1 glass fresh oj

Im really disapointed with myself missing my meals but I wasnt up in time this morning, had visitors all over lunch with the midwife coming and family visiting by the time all that was over it was almost 4pm so the only meal I had time for was my dinner tonight... :sad1:

Breakfast: 2 slices of toast

Lunch: scrambled eggs with smoked salmon

Dinner: crunchie nut cornflakes

Drinks: 1 cup of tea, water

Snacks: banana, satsuma

Glad to see you ladies are doing well!!

Im a bit irritated, been dieting for nearly 2 weeks and i dont think ive lost more than a pound!! Not sure if it has anything to do with AF being here, ive been good too, cut down on carbs by like 75%, 3 lots of fruit & veg a day,

eeeeeeeeek why am i not losing weight but im busting my backside!!:hissy:
 
Thursday

Breakfast - missed
lunch - 2 slices of wholegrain toast
dinner - fish and salad and a yoghurt
snacks - packet of snack-a-jacks

i am so missing junk food also, havent had a bag of crisps (snack-a-jacks dont count) all week and they are my weakness!!!!
