Breakfast: 2 slices of toast

Lunch: crunchie nut cornflakes

When are you all doing your first weigh in?

I will be weighing every Monday morning

A while ago i used to weigh 12st 9lb and i went to weight watchers and lost nearly four stone in 6 months, and i have maintained it for 4/5 years now, i went from size 18 to 8. I know diet clubs dont always work for some people but i found it really useful, you can still eat what you like but in moderation that was the main thing (i am a sucker for takeaways). I also walked every day (fast) for 30 minutes, ate plenty of fresh veg and grilled meat and drank lots of water. And the weight dropped off.

I will be back to doing all this again in July after babies born! eating what the hell i like for the time being!

Ooh that's around what I weigh and I'm hoping to reach 9st, doubt it'll be in 6 months though lol, that's fantastic how much you lost.
I'm hoping to lose it over the next 1-2 years, but am trying to calorie count so I keep around 1500 calories (per NHS website), don't really have time to exercise with a baby and nursery trips and back at work but I try when I can.

I found calorie counting too hard, and some diets where they had you weighing out foods etc i couldn't be bothered, at weight watchers i did the points diet, after about a month i knew what every food was in points value. for example your allowed 18 points per day. a jacket potato is 2 points. so you can actually still eat quite a lot. And if you have points left at the end of the day you can save them all up until the weekend, that was my favourite part for the alcohol consumption! I believe they do it online now.

Snacks: smoked salmon peices, a mini galaxy bar (from a celebrations tin) i was naughty

Dinner - chicken salad

Snacks - snack a jacks and raspberries (not together tho!)

I think i will have to do my wiegh in on a sunday also, have to use mt mams scales, ive got some coming hopefully they will come 2morro.

Breakfast - 1 Weetabix with milk

Lunch - Slimfast Milkshake

Dinner - 2 sml Jacket Potatoes with Salmon & Cheese

Snacks - Apple & 115g Strawberries

Drinks - 1 cup of coffee & water

Total @ 1451 Calories

Still going well.

Dinner - Chicken Tikka Masala with Pilau rice & sml Naan

Snacks - None

Drinks - 1 cup of coffee, water & 2 Glasses of wine (will have later)

Total @ 1500 calories

Weekend is the part of my diet that I usually crack and eat a big lunch and chocolate but I've done really well :smug: think it's coming on here and seeing how you girls are doing that's helping me :hugs:
 
Saturday

Lunch - ham salad sanwich (brown bread)

Dinner - Slice of Chicken pie, veg, mash and gravy

Snacks - 2 mini celabration chocs

Drinks - 1 cup of tea, water, sugar free juice

not done to well today!
Jase got a tin of celebration chocs from work and tey are sitting in the kitchen taunting me! lol

I had my weekly weigh in today - lost .9kg (2 pounds) VERY happy with that, as I had a major weight plataeu last week even though I did all the right things.

I get measured on Friday too. My last (and first) measurement was 19th December and i'm pretty confident i've lost a few inches all over!
 
just want to congratulate you all! i lost 30 pound a year ago and i am trying to lose 10 more !

Right first weigh in, technically as I started Monday am and it's only Sunday am it's only been 6 days...

New weight 159.5lbs
lost 6.5lbs

Breakfast: Special K

Lunch: Ham sandwhich

Dinner: Chicken boiled Rice

Drinks: 2x cuppa tea, Robinsons no added sugar squash

Friday:

Breakfast: Special K

Lunch: Special K

Dinner: Sausage and Vegetable caserole

Snacks: 2 x satsuma

Drinks: Robinsons No added sugar squash, 2 x sprite zero

Saturday

Breakfast: Missed (had a lay in)

Lunch: Chicken Sandwhich

Dinner: Chicken Fajitas
Snacks: Bar of dairy milk Choccy :blush:

Drinks: Gin Sling, 1 x glass coke 1 x cuppa tea.

Didint do so well yesterday did i! Opps!

So thats me now updated, I havent noticed any change but im not weighing any way as I dont know what I was to start off with, Im just trying to drop a dress size.

You have all done great so far though... Well done girls !!

:happydance: Woohoo, just weighed myself and im now 12st 2ozs so ive lost 5 lbs.

Not bad going!! Hopefully it will keepcoming offthis well. So,so happy!!
