Thanks Nikki! Yes every month that we have not been "preventing" I get symptoms that make me think I am. This is the only time that I really havent had any other than the sore left breast. I am trying to not think of it, its so hard when you want something so bad. I know if the time isn't right the Lord isn't going to allow it to happen for me though. I just wish I could learn some patiences and to not be constantly thinking about it.

Yes Gswoman11, its so frustrating doing all the hard work...charting ect and then ending up doing the TWW - just for AF to show! This Christmas seemed to be soooo the right time for a little one...

Its so hard to stay positive when your heart feels like breaking with each months negative... But on the bright side...we will just do some more BD'ing!! Keep us posted!!

Well did take the test and as i suspected BFN. I'm starting to think i didn't ovulate at all this month either, regardless to what the OPKs have said. And since this is my first time using OPKs i'm starting to wonder if i ever ovulate?! Hopefully when my GYNO calls me back tomorrow she can help me figure some of this out. I'm done testing this cycle, I can't keep doing this rollercoaster with myself. Just going to wait for AF to show up. At this point I just wish she would come already! How do you try to bring on your period? Medication?

I agree all the hard work and all the build up is sooo disappointing! And I'm right there with you with the broken heart every month!

OPK's only show you that your body is getting ready to ovulate. Only temp shift will show you if you have ovulated. And since you don't have a temp shift then looks like you haven't O'd.
One time when i didn't have a normal period for months i used natural progesterone cream to bring on my period. It took 18 days
But last time i used parsley tea, 1 tsp dried parsley to 1 cup boiling water.
Then you let it steem for 20-30 min (the longer the better). Drink 3-4 cups a day. I drank 3 cups the first day and second day i drank a cup and got my period. PS! i heard it only works if your period is due or late.

Oh i have been doing that. Bding is starting to feel like a chore already. I need to give my DH a break too I'm done with this cycle, ready to move on to the next one.

Oh i have been doing that. Bding is starting to feel like a chore already. I need to give my DH a break too I'm done with this cycle, ready to move on to the next one.

i understand that, long cycles suck!! i still cant believe the short ones iv been having lately!

My Ovulation Chart

This is so weird. Do you test at the same time? Do you keep your urine for hours? What time do you usually test?

Tested in the morning one right after the other. Had the urine in a sterile cup. And I got a pack from walgreens and a diff pack from target but they are the same strips, they keep coming up as positive but the CD says negative. Maybe those type of strips are to sensitive for me? Does it take more LH to turn the CB ones positive? Stinks if i'll have to use those all the time because they are sooo expensive. Either way i'm not testing anymore this cycle (if i can control myself lol) its just making me depressed.

I have no idea if it takes more LH to turn the CB one positive But tomorrow you should test at the normal time in the morning and then test again around 1pm and see what results you get then.
I tested all the time in the morning too but on the 7th day of +opk i got positive in the morning and neg. in the afternoon. Same thing on the 8th day. Maybe you shouldn't test with fmu or very early in the morning.
What if it gives you false results and that's why you have been getting so many positive +opk's. Just try and see what happens then...

My husband and I tried for 2 years about 3 years ago which I ended up having a MC and could not deal with the thought of trying again. Now I'm ready and we are on our 2nd month and I'm really overwhelmed with thinking that its not going to happen for us. I'm scared that we will end up trying for years again. I just wish it would happen already.

Have you thought about a fertility specialist? That will be our next step if I'm not preggers by February.

Yeah I seen a fertility specialist about the same time I had my MC. They told me there was nothing wrong and that I should be able to conceive naturally. DH was tested and I was to. I know it sounds odd but I can feel that something is wrong. I have felt like that since I was a teenager I just knew that I wouldn't be able to get pregnant but it hasn't stopped me from trying. I'll keep bding an keep my fingers crossed.

Hi everyone, new to this forum thing so bear with me! ...have been TTC for 8 months and just got another negative preg test and feel like i have no-one to talk to about it. most of my friends are pregnant or have babies and they must think its helpful to tell me how quickly they conceived, when frankly it makes me want to scream!

Hi ladies.

Both me and OH are 22, have our own house and both in good jobs. We've recently decided to NTNP. I'm not very good with remembering to temp at the same time of day, or with the stress of making sure we BD during my fertile days. So we agreed to NTNP instead. I track AF and CM using apps on my iPad to get some idea when I'm OVing etc.

I'm currently 4dpo and hopeful this month. Without using OPKs I'm pretty sure I ovulated on cd16. My cycle rarely changes and I tend to OV around the same couple of days every month.

Here's to testing December 1st.

Hey ladies! I have been gone for about six months. I was pregnant with my first, due to clomid. We lost our daughter on May 2, 2012 to Chorioamnionitis. We are now attempting to try for another baby. I hope we have some good news soon. Hope to talk to you all again!

I'm so so sorry to hear you lost your baby. That's heartbreaking. I hope you get preggers again soon! Prayers for you.
