Hey ladies!!
Sorry i haven't been on for a while been a bit stressful recently went thro a divorce, house move and finding out my dad has terminal cancer all over xmas and new year! Been a busy start to the year but the bonus is i'm getting to see my dad over the weekend and at least my periods have been normal considering i have PCOS! What i am wondering tho is has anyone else had the usual back pain around 9 days before AF is due? I usually have back ache around 1-2 days before AF is due yet this feels different aswell have had it now for 4 days and doesn't seem to be getting any better. Obviously i'm hoping for the best so i can take a scan picture to my dads before the inevitable happens but am i putting too much stress on myself?? Any thoughts and help would be greatly appreciated i'm going out of my mind!!!!

Hi everyone am new to this forum. My hubby and I have been ttc with #1 for the past six months unsuccessfully. Wednesday I did mu first hsg which came back normal but I am bit concern about possible side effect am feeling which lead me to this forum. During the hsg examination I havr minor cramps that last only a few minutes. I was completely normal until I got home and started to eat. As is eat I suddenly starts to develop cramps again which became more instead the more I head. Suddenly I was in so much pain I had to stop eating because the pain became unbearable. I was crying and shaking at the severity of the cramp. My hubby immediately tried getting contact with my doctor unsuccessfully because it was way past closing time. I was in such terrible pain I could hardly walk. I felt as if I wanted to do what I usually do whenever I jave

Have terrible menstruation cramps and that is to sit inside the bathroom for a few minutes and it usually helps. But as soon as I went to the bathroom I started to feel as if I wanted to throw up and I did just that but it didn't last long. In fact I think I only throw up what I was eating and after doing that I immediately started to feel a lot better. The pain went away about 25mins later but I was still cramp. I went to bed but I was really miserable because of the cramp. My hubby wanted to rush me to the emergency room but I refused. When I woke up inbthe morning i still had cramps but not as terribleas bbefore but I would barely sit up without my hubby helping me. I was so bloated I felt like a pregnant person and I was 100% sure I wasn't pregnant. But I suddenly realized that the cramps was not the same as before it was feeling like menstruation cramps anymore but that of really bad gas. My hsg test was on Wednesday and am still feeling a bit bloated and cramp but not as bad as before. I went to my doctor who did a regular check up and prescribe me some motilium but I am still a bit worried about an infection. Has anyone had similar experiences with hsg? I have already called mu doctor to talk about my fear and was advised that was probably nothing but I should check for any sign of unusual discharge

Allicat- I am so sorry for what you are going through. I don't blame you for ranting, I would be frustrated too! Thats what these boards are for. I hope you have more information soon so you can have peace of mind and move onto ttc. Hang in there and rant and rave anytime... Thats what we are all here for

Specialist said to call Monday which I did and the radiologist hadn't looked at my images and that their nurse would call me with the news on tuesday (today), which they haven't so I called and had to leave a message and I set up the e-mail/messaging system with them and sent a message. I got a message back saying they are still waiting for the radiologist to view them and give them the report. How can they do this to patients!?!?!

Finally got a response from the specialist nurse saying that the radiologist said that my previous images from my local hospital were terrible and they didn't even have half of my liver in the images. How can someone who is specifically told to image the liver practice medicine and not get what they are told and what the patient needs imaged?!? So I am scheduled for another MRI but at the Specialists hospital on 2/14. Hopefully they do a better job and they are quicker about getting my results back than they have been... I really want to start trying to conceive as soon as possible.... I am not getting any younger and was on Clomid to gert pregnant with my no 1 year old son....

This is a hard one for me this week and hope anyone can offer some support and advice. I recently found out that being 4 days late it finally happened for me i was going to have a baby! But my body had other ideas and i miscarried i don't know what to do or who to turn to. Me and the other half have had bad arguments recently and when i told him about the miscarriage he doesn't want to talk to me and doesn't seem like he cares at all. Im in a whole load of depression at the mo and feel so lost but he won't talk to me yet he's supposed to be supporting me considering the PCOS and the horrible news i had that my dad has terminal throat and lung cancer. Its not been a very good start to the year and seems to be getting worse i just don't know what to do anymore!! Sorry to pile this all on here i just didn't know what to do or where to turn

Just heard back from the Specialist. It is not an adenoma like we originally thought. It is Focal Nodular Hyperplasia which is benign, can stay right where it is and I am cleared for PREGNANCY!!! Now it is just a matter of wether or not I can use Clomid...

My info:
ovidrel (hcg shot) on feb 3
feb 4 no symptoms
feb 5 low back pain (I get this when Im ovulating)
feb 6 I count it as 1dpo
feb 10 - 5dpo light brown discharge very light, my doctor told me to start progesterone 200 vaginal
6dpo spotting
7dpo spotting
8 dpo spotting
9dpo spotting
10 dpo spotting
11dpo spotting (all days just a little and light brown)
12 dpo bloating/gassy, no more spotting
13 dpo bloating/gassy BFN (too early)
14 dpo bloating/gassy, BFN again, now I have a watery discharge no color, it comes down I think is AF, but no, just wet underwears.
15 dpo - today - watery discharge

I am still on progesterone, have to wait until monday my doctor said, to test, if negative will stop progesterone, if positive yeeiii continues!

My lutheal phase has been on 6 days (too short), I used progesterone before, start spotting and then AF arrived. That is the difference this time, that AF didnt arrived after spoting.

you see any hope for me?

Hi everyone, this is my first month actually "trying" to conceive. I have been using opk test and I'm having such a hard time with them. I am using them everyday in the afternoon but the test line does not quite look as dark/darker than the test line. A couple days ago I got what looked like to be as positive as its going to get for me. DH and I BD the night before during and after just in case. Im attaching a pic, please help me out with your opinions!!!!!

Started to wonder if all was ok as my cycles were varying between 23 and 28 days and I sometimes have spotting so I went to the GP and asked. So she sent me for the day 21 progesterone test and I had the results today!!

So basically I have low progesterone - was told to make an appointment to discuss it, I asked what the result was and the receptionist told me 27 something but wasn't sure of the range!!

I feel so so gutted, I have a short luteal phase I believe. Between 9-12 days ish!!

I'm just wondering if anyone else has low progesterone and short cycles, any advice for what I can do?

My husband and I have been married for 3 years. I have 25 to 28 day cycles. We tried conceiving for over a year for our now 14 month old son. I was told I had low progesterone. We decided to use Clomid and after 2 rounds we got our miracle baby. I was told that after conceiving with Clomid once that it would happen naturally. We have been trying again for over 6 months and I start my first Clomid round for our 2nd child tomorrow!!

Hey! Been a while since i posted but better news tho my doc said that they are now finally going to send me for if but in the mean time said obviously to keep trying the only thing is i'm looking at ways to relax and haven't got a clue where to start first!! Does anyone have any good and reliable relaxation techniques to offer? I'm having acupunture again which is really helping me to relax but is there anything else anyone can suggest???

Never been on hormonal BCP, had MC in 2008, have endometriosis and extremely painful periods.
